Newbie- Loading May 11 and 12
Hi All,
I just wanted to introduce myself. My friend "Reddy" told me about HCG and I decided to give it a try. I gained 60 lbs during my pregnancy and i was 60 lbs overweight before I got pregnant. So i have a long way to go. I am hoping HCG is just what i need. This is my first round ever and I am using the pellets... Anyone loading today also? Looking for a buddy. Very Excited; wish me luck |

yay im loading 11th and 12th too! im on a lot of meds and fighting lyme disease so i hope i can survive this and i hope my meds dont inhibit weight loss...
i have 25 pounds to lose, id be happy with 15-20 in one month, then my birthday is june 11th and i could get a new outfit or something fun... loading always sounds fun and then it turns out to be hard! my lyme disease makes me nauseated a lot so its almost like having morning sickness all the time. my twins are 2.5 years old so i need to get that last baby weight and sickness weight off and start feeling more comfortable in my skin... im gonna try to do some sit ups and leg lifts during this, and a little walking... Im sure youll do great! Heres to being some cute healthy mamas! |

vlcd 1 reality is hitting... had my first little meal, apple, cucumber and chicken...
so far im feeling ok but totally hungry now. the first time i tried this diet i lasted like 4 days and it didnt work except the first day i lost water weight. ive tried to start like 3 times since then and failed, so im super worried that i can go thru with this. im not really sure what 'emotional hunger' is, whatever it is, its not a problem for me. i experience real physical hunger and i dont know how you guys get through it! its so much work and energy to do this! i want to give up out of sheer convienence, it takes so much mental energy, how do you put it out of your head? i cant just make busy, im sick with lyme disease and i have to take care of three young children and i have no money im just ranting now this is just so hard, how do you guys do it? natalie |

Reading the posts on this forum also kept me busy and gave me encouragement. I used to wonder if I have lyme disease. The tests here in Canada for it are not accurate. I have muscle aches and continual headache so not super busy either. I did find that I felt better on HCG but not so much this round. My nerves have been bad since I started this round but it could be because I did not take my vitamin D and cut back on my antidepressants during my first round so most likely deficient. I hope you are successful this time and that you find something to help you with your lyme disease symptoms.

Hey Babytec..I will definitely be your buddy. Our stats are pretty close. My load days were this past weekend. Today was my first vlcd day. I had grilled chicken with lettuce and some strawberries.
I think I am struggling with what to drink. I am a huge diet coke person. I get tired of drinking water and I dont like the taste of stevia. Regardless, I am using it to sweeten my daily coffee each morning. Otherwise, my beverages get old and boring. |

you have to order a western blot from igenex and have the doc sign the order form and pay for it yourself if you really want to know if you have lyme. i have a constant headache and it grew over the last 3 years to a migraine, pain that i just wanted to die from. so lyme isnt a joke and if lyme or babesia, like me, is what is causing your symptoms, then treatment is needed... if you have ANY positive bands, you have lyme and most likely co-infections. babesia is one causing my head pain and pressure, also sweating episdoes and night sweats, body pain ect.
lyme ppl are usually low in vitamin D, i know mine is low, most lymies are low. this diet is clean and avoiding sugar will probably make you feel better cause sugar feeds lyme bacteria. id get yourself checked out with a igenex blot, better safe than sorry. |
