Waldenfarms products on P2
Does anyone use the Waldenfarm products while doing P2. I bought some Honey Mustard Mayo and regular Mayo and find then quite good. Thought I would order some others but don't know if the others are good. Anyone use them.

I have used many of them. Love the Italian and Asian dressings the best. Used these successfully on the VLCD and they are so good that I will keep using them! These were good on salads and as a cooking sauce/marinade for chicken. The French dressing is tolerable, but too sweet. I will eventually use it up, but would not order it again. The chocolate syrup is just ok. It fulfills a need, I suppose, during the first 3 weeks of maintenance. It's best mixed in smoothies rather than as a topping. Won't order this again either. HCG Perfect Portions has a good BBQ rub, but their BBQ sauce is terrible. If you cannot get them at your local store, order from netrition.com. Good luck!

I have been reading some of those other threads on Walden Farms. Most seem to like the Asian, even if others taste nasty. Thought you might like to know that the dressings are NOT "full of chemicals" as some seem to believe. Here are the ingredients in the Asian dressing: triple filtered water, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce (gluten-free), ginger, salt, garlic, onion powder, natural flavors, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sucralose, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate (to preserve freshness) . You can check product labels on the Netrition website. I often do this to see what the ingredients are in products I am considering purchasing. I was hesitant to use this during the 500 calorie phase, but tried it and did not stall. Didn't use them every day, but it sure was nice to have some flavor and variety a few times a week. Two bottles was plenty, since that phase is soon over and you have more options.

I have been using the honey mustard mayo occassionally and don't feel it has caused any stalls. As we live on an island, it isnt available here but there is a store in Edmonton that carries it so will have clients that are coming the end of May pick me up a couple more jars and maybe the Asian one and Chipotle Ranch one to try.
Thanks for all the info. Bonnie |

if you are looking for salad dressing try the Bolthouse Yogurt dressing in the frigerated section by the salads. most hcgers that use it use 2T without a problem for salads or dipping veggies in. it is excellent and comes in all kinds of flavors

Congratulations Sleepy on your amazing loss. I have 45 more lbs. to go and this HCG makes it easy. Are you finished now and on P4 - if so what program are you following now to maintain. When I finish this round think for P3 I will do JUDDD. As I have been eating basic low carb now for 3 years things like bread, potatoes and pasta haven't been a big part of my diet.
Thankyou for the info about Bolthouse Yogurt dressing - as I live on an island in Canada I haven't heard of them - will have to Google it and find out if they are available in Canada and then have friends pick me up some. Bonnie |

I love that dressing, but thought it best to save for P3. I will have to try on my next P2 to see what happens when I have it. |

Sleepy,
Are you at goal. If so following P3 are you able to maintain. I am starting P3 on |Monday - this is my first round and was down 14.2 lbs. preload - 18 lbs. post load but gained 1.4 today - no explanation - maybe not enough water. I did use the WH mayo a couple of times on my taco salad and quite like it. Am going to try and get several jars to have on hand. Bonnie |
