Need Help Loading!

I have to load this weekend for Round 2. I am a little freaked out about it as i have been eating pretty healthy and have enjoyed being craving free. Just a few things....

1) is there any "healthy" or "healthier" ways to load (e.g., high calories/fat) ?

2) Any approach recommended over another? High Carb? High Fat? (note, i am actually have remained in trace ketosis per my ketostix - maybe i should do High Carb to make sure i break this?)

Any loading food suggestions? the only thing on my craving "bucket list" may be some mac n cheese! I have 1/2 can of cashews too i was going to throw in there....

I know i sound silly - eating high calories, high carb, high fat should be like falling off a log....it is a little hard for me to do this to myself after i have been so darn vigilant! I am serious about needing encouragement AND help!

do protein and fat, try not to overdo carbs- I feel like that rebounds pretty badly for the next few days. Also, if there is ANYTHING you are craving seriously and won't be okay mentally without, have some. Most of this is mental anyway, overcoming the "need" for something.
I've been known to make lists when on p2 of things that I start craving to get them out of my head. I always tell myself I can have them after the round, but I never do end up needing to.

I agree w. Blou- high fat is the way to go. Not saying that some carbs won't join the fray but if you focus on high fat you'll limit the calories b.c it's so satisfying!

Think:
cheesecake, ribs, ice cream, nuts, fried chicken, etc. There will inheritently be carbs in your loading, but if you choose "forbidden" goodies, psychologically the P2 phase is so much easier to take!

Good luck!

How about drinking over loading weekend?

I have not had a drink in ~80 days! How about wine crackers and cheese? It is just WEIRD to me now. I have sort of resolved myself to healthy eating and eating with purpose - load weekend is such an outlier!!!

I am not into seasonings much. I don't add anything but salt, but you can add anything you want! I just make my scrambled eggs, when done, I add the cream cheese to the plate, and mix! What a great way to get some added fat in the morning. That is what I do in P3 every morning. I usually use sour cream, but sometimes have some cream cheese that needs using up. Both are very tasty
