For me it involved cutting out all of the following (it was kind of a left-over candida cleanse thing):

Dairy
Nuts
Alcohol
Fermented foods
Mushrooms
Grains
Fruits
Starchy veggies
Rice
All processed foods

that's a great job! ahh id die to be in the 150s! i cant believe i let myself go this far.. last year i was there.. blahh ooh well im gonna get it under control. Ive got 50plus pounds to loose Great job!

I hear you...I have been here before and gained it back but I am not camping out there. I'm looking at where I am today and what I need to learn to keep my body healthy and my head in the game!

One day at a time I'm trying to make good choices - heck, one meal at a time, even one minute at a time!
