Help:(
So I've been really doing well on my first week of maintenance. I worked out everyday and lost .6 pounds everyday. Yesterday I don't work out bc I was so sore and exhausted. Woke up this morning and I am four pounds over my weight. I'm doing an egg day to hopefully lose it all but I'm nervous it won't work plus I just feel awful now and want to bawl my eyes out. To meet my goal for springbreak in two weeks I need to lose ten pounds now and I'm so fed up

my guess would be water retention from your sore muscles. I'm not sure i would do a correction day IF you have been eating only p3 foods. Have a day or 2 to rest and see where you are at
