Sublingual RX HCG Tablets question?

Hello. Is there anyone else taking the Prescription SL Tablets? The kind that compounding pharmacies make? I'm on 250 IU once a day of these tiny "pills" I'm new to taking pills under the tongue. I've only done this two days and yes I lost weight on day one but I'm not 100 percent sure it was due to the HCG. I have a fear that I'm doing this wrong and don't want to waste this expensive medicine. I put it under my tongue, it dissolves but in the meantime my mouth is generating saliva. I even taste the sweetness of the pill. I don't swallow because I know the stomach acids reduce the efficacy of the medicine. But I eventually after several minutes I have to swallow because well..frankly I can't have a mouth full of spit, lol. Does this really get absorbed under the tongue in a few minutes? Any advice or tips appreciated on this seemingly basic process.

I've just started taking these Rx pills as well. My doctor said that there is residue left over after the pill has dissolved. Not all of the fillers of the pill dissolve with saliva, but they are just fillers, so no need to worry that you aren't getting the HCG.

For me, the pill dissolves quite quickly, usually it only takes a minute. I then wait another minute to swallow. And then for the next 20 minutes I eat and drink nothing.
