Phase 2 transition to Phase 3 S.O.S

I have a question. I just stopped my drops yesterday and without telling me my mom took me to a surprise birthday dinner for my family friend. Today I'm 3 pounds over and since its only my second day without the drops I'm not sure if I should do a correction day today and if so what kind should I use? HELP... SOS

blondebeauty, I hope you get some advice from others, but if it were me, I would go back on HCG. The HCG is still very active in your system so eating off protocol causes a huge gain. I would consider it an interruption, resume the HCG for maybe a week and then start P3.

I can't really go back on bc I don't have any left in my bottle. It's so iffy bc I'm in between phases so I don't know what I should do. I'm nervous on what I should do

Phase 2 transition to Phase 3 S.O.S

Okay, so I really need advice. Yesterday I stopped taking my drops to start my transition to phase 3. Well my mom forgot to warn me that we ga a family birthday dinner to go to. So I ended cheating at dinner and felt guilty and bad at home.. Causing me to cheat more. I ended waying 137 and gained 3 pounds from last night. since I'm in transition I'm not sure if I should do a correction day to try and help and if so which correction day I should do. Please please help.

Hmm, I'm not sure then because you are not officially in P3 and the correction days are for P3. If you do a steak day you will be introducing high fat food and most of us eat a big steak. You are still supposed to be having only 500 calories or less.

I think others will come in and offer some advice. It's still a little early in the day.

I would start eating clean p3 style today. and see if the weight comes off tomorrow. I wouldn't do any processed meats or cheese. Drink lots of water today

Ill eat like the 500 cal protocol but maybe a little more protein just like phase 3. Last time I did phase 3 I still kept losing weight so hopefully by doing the same and drinking a lot of water ill recover, thank you

If it were me & you just finished the drops right ? I would do the vlcd of 500 cal days as alotted (2 days for hHCG or 3 days for rx HCG) & then transition slowly into P3 when adding new things. Eat very clean P3. Keep my water intake high.
I think what I've read the worst that can happen is your body may get stuck at a higher ldw but don't freak out & don't beat yourself over it. It's over & just take it as a lesson learned & focus on P3 and stabilzing.

One round I ate a jar of pickles on my first vlcd after my drops ended. I gained
1 lb. Just ate clean the next day & it was fine & I stabilized fine as well. Lesson learned I have no self control over pickles

I agree with Pandora -- you are still transitioning, which means you should still be on the 500 calorie protocol. Stick to that today and ease yourself into P3 tomorrow. Keep it clean and light. Chances are, you'll drop the weight. Good luck!
