P2D3 220 lbs. I felt awful yesterday after loading for 2 days. And gained 5.5 lbs. I hope this works and I can stick to the plan.

Down 1.4 lost the load weight and the 3 pounds I was over ldw from last round so now onward and down

Congrats to everyone who lost and hugs to all who stayed the same the weight will leave.

I wish I was! I am hungry alot. I am going to email my dr and ask if he can do something. I would think it should be gone by now.

I thought I was done with HCG but some holiday pigging out got the best of me and I can't seem to lose any of it so I decided to come back to the one thing that's yet to fail me.

OMG what happened!!! I so cheated, messed up big time... UGH
Bad choices so mess up the process. Not looking forward to dr. appointment on Thur I know I'll be up... tonight weighed back up to 217.. oh my!

Okay. Back to reality, I went off plan and cheated becuase I was not prepared and let myself get too hungry and faint to make good choices, then once I cheated it was like well I cheated so might as well make it worth it. WHAT Crazy Thinking!!!

So tomorrow...back on plan and I am committed. I'll post stats, but tonight weighed in at 217 ' was 213, that is like 4 lbs...praying its not that way in the morning.

I totally understand...yesterday I barely ate as I was still full and disgusted from the load the day b4 Today I seemed to think the same thing, which was NOT the case and crashed after lunch...thankfully I had a low carb bar on hand to curb the hunger without going to far off track....fingers crossed it doesn't affect my losses

Okay checking in and UGH!!!! up 5.8lbs 2 days of minimal cheating! Ugh don't cheat, it is not worth it.

So not beating myself up, not looking forward to seeing dr. today to be weighed and pick up more rx shots. But it is what it is, and today is a new day and I am not giving up.

Back on protocol this morning and feeling positive and and planning my meals so I don't go hungry without on plan options to eat.

Good luck to all of you. It's so encouraging to read all the weight being lost and successful days!

I am pretty sure most of us have done the same thing and found that cheating does not pay just get up dust yourself off and start again today is a new day

I found if I made my meals for the whole week I always had protocol food ready, I made enough P2 chili and portioned 100g of chicken breast to last for 7 days and froze it this way it's easy to stay on protocol.

Me too, 2B_Healthy! We both are guilty. I just want to encourage you to keep going. It is these bumps that remind us of why we are doing this and that food really IS a problem for us. Let me correct that, the way we RELATE to food is a problem. I am drowning myself in information right now to get encouraged. But the best encouragement will be getting on the scale tomorrow morning knowing that I did it by the book!!! You too!!!

Back on plan...down -.2lbs not much, but decided I am not going to weigh again until Monday. I know losing will not show on the scale for a few days after my dreadful cheating.

Jabbok - yes I made the turkey chili yesterday, had it for dinner and made enough to portion out for a few meals. Kicked up the spices a knotch with some extra hot spices.

Shelle135 - thank you for the encouragement, these forms really help keep up going when we feel like giving up - and more important celebrate successes with!

Not posting weight until Monday! Its the weekend and I am determined not to give in to cheating again, so not worth it!!!

wtg on the drop down is down

I always put lots of spices in my chili to make it hot I usually only use lean ground beef it keeps me really full.

Does any one use gluc powder while on P2? It has 0 cal. I used it in a strawberry smoothie type thing yesterday. Strawberries, water and sweetener in the blender. I was thinking of making a pudding type thing with flavoring, sweetener and water.

I eat beef everyday for lunch it keeps me full and satisfied then I have chicken for supper some lighter food.

im trying to stay off the scale for a week or so
i cant handle the mind games with a stall
last i knew i was down 12 lbs in 15 days
i am committed to this til the end of the month
may go longer
i will see how i feel and what my losses are
