Finished my load.....up 4lbs and feeling the grossest I have ever felt before. I sat down last night and recorded in my journal how I felt so that I would not forget how eating sh*tty affects me

I thought I was done with HCG but some holiday pigging out got the best of me and I can't seem to lose any of it so I decided to come back to the one thing that's yet to fail me. Day 1 of loading was today! |

R1P2VLCD1, made it through. I find it difficult to remember to take the drops. Gotta find a schedule that works. Down 3 lbs of the load/water weight. On to VLCD 2.

OMG what happened!!! I so cheated, messed up big time... UGH
Bad choices so mess up the process. Not looking forward to dr. appointment on Thur I know I'll be up... tonight weighed back up to 217.. oh my! Okay. Back to reality, I went off plan and cheated becuase I was not prepared and let myself get too hungry and faint to make good choices, then once I cheated it was like well I cheated so might as well make it worth it. WHAT Crazy Thinking!!! So tomorrow...back on plan and I am committed. I'll post stats, but tonight weighed in at 217 ' was 213, that is like 4 lbs...praying its not that way in the morning. |

VLCD2, I was hungry between meals. I know I am in the habit of eating whenever I feel like a nibble, so I gotta get used to feeling empty before mealtime.

Okay checking in and UGH!!!!
up 5.8lbs 2 days of minimal cheating! Ugh don't cheat, it is not worth it. So not beating myself up, not looking forward to seeing dr. today to be weighed and pick up more rx shots. But it is what it is, and today is a new day and I am not giving up. Back on protocol this morning and feeling positive and and planning my meals so I don't go hungry without on plan options to eat. Good luck to all of you. It's so encouraging to read all the weight being lost and successful days! |

Back on plan...down -.2lbs not much, but decided I am not going to weigh again until Monday. I know losing will not show on the scale for a few days after my dreadful cheating.
Jabbok - yes I made the turkey chili yesterday, had it for dinner and made enough to portion out for a few meals. Kicked up the spices a knotch with some extra hot spices. Shelle135 - thank you for the encouragement, these forms really help keep up going when we feel like giving up - and more important celebrate successes with! Not posting weight until Monday! Its the weekend and I am determined not to give in to cheating again, so not worth it!!! |

Does any one use gluc powder while on P2? It has 0 cal. I used it in a strawberry smoothie type thing yesterday. Strawberries, water and sweetener in the blender. I was thinking of making a pudding type thing with flavoring, sweetener and water.

i cant handle the mind games with a stall last i knew i was down 12 lbs in 15 days i am committed to this til the end of the month may go longer i will see how i feel and what my losses are |
