Oh my that sounds good, Booty!

Down 0.3 lbs after my first day of E; tomorrow, on to P3 !!

And I'm still freezing, especially my hands. Just had some chili ground beef that I added sauteed mushrooms to and ate on lettuce leaves. Tummy is full, hands are still cold. I raised the thermostat to 70. Looking forward to LOSING the ice-cold hands, I can tell you that!!

Hi everyone and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Well, my OH left town yesterday and as much as I miss him, I got a great night of sleep last night. Planning another early night for tonight after I give myself a mani/pedi which should keep me occupied this evening. I braved the scale this morning and, while not too terrible, still about 4-7 pounds up from where I really like to sit. Too much food (low carb or not), not enough exercise, drinking a little more than normal, all serves to put the pounds on. Just goes to show that ya GOTTA stay on top of it!

Tonight, I have the opportunity to skip dinner if I don't feel like eating (tough to do when you're cooking for someone else!) or have something really light if I do feel like it. A salad today for lunch (spinach, leftover lamb, avocado, and kalamata olive dressing--mmmmm!) should probably keep me satisfied though, and I'll bet I see a nice healthy drop on the scale tomorrow. Having dinner and catching up with the girlies tomorrow. Two are in P3 so the fare will be very low-carb which will give me a couple of good days under my belt. I am making a sous vide pork loin and tons of veggies which my body should like and I will probably have a very light lunch in case I want a glass of wine with dinner. Sunday, I'll assess exactly where I am and what the plan is for next week. Potato hack? Possibly. JUDDD or dinner skipping? Maybe. I've got a few days to myself so the possibilities are endless!

Cold here in SoCal so may just be snuggling down with kitties! Hope everyone has a nice weekend.

I'd stick with the clean eating and maybe some high protein cd's since it has already worked for you in the past unless you just want something different

I'm up but in my window. I had a run in with some nuts last night and it ain't pretty. ever. I don't know why I thought I could have them in my house. I threw the rest out. Waste of money and a waste of my waistline! Clean eating for me today.

thanks if you were talking to me..I went from 219.6 to 211 between Tuesday and today from eating clean :3 hoping I can get to 210 by Monday. 207 by the end of next week if I'm lucky...I think my real LDW was either 205...or 207. I'll definitely do an extra week of p3. I'm so close to 100lbs loss I'm super excited...feels attainable..I started TOM and I'm still losing every day

Down 0.7 lbs today after my 2nd day of E. On to P3 today!! Yayy!!

The funny thing is, I put 2 Tbsps of heavy cream into my first coffee (double what I usually use) and it was too much!!! I guess I'll try 1-1/2 Tbsps....

Mmm, that first creamy coffee in P3 was heaven for me. I use coffee cream (18%?).

I slept in late today. I just had my coffee and I'm trying to figure out breakfast. I might just have yogurt and/or and avocado. Or, if I can get it together I will make some cream cheese muffins. That would be tasty.

I had a 2 egg omelet, with 1 cup spinach, 1/4 cup onion, cooked in 1 tbsp butter. Also a coffee with 1 tbsp coconut oil whipped in. Not going to lie, it's hard to eat that much now. I don't know how I'll get in all my calories every day in the first week. It's juts too much. :| I can't believe I'm saying that lol.

I had a 3-egg omelet with a bit of onion and 1 oz of Balderson aged cheddar, cooked in 1/2 oz of butter, 3 coffees with HWC and working on an orange smoothie atm. I feel like I'm going to burst!! Roasted Tex Mex chicken breast for dinner (bone in, skin on) and some kind of veggie...

I've been eating mostly fatty things today. I had greek yogurt for breakfast and then we went for a walk since it was so gorgeous out today. I just polished off a bourbon shake (cocoa, ice, almond milk, sf torani syrup and bourbon). It was nice to have an adult beverage in the sun!

I needed more food in my system after that, so I ate a small avocado. I'm now waiting for some cream cheese muffins to cool.

Dinner will have vegetables, I promise! I think we will have chicken thighs as well.

This is what I had for dinner, but I used chicken breast, bone in, skin on. And only 1/3 cup of Carbquik. This recipe ROCKS!! And the method (425 degree oven, skin down for 35 minutes then up for 15 minutes) gives the BEST results for moist chicken with crispy skin!!

Carbquik Recipe Oven Fried Chicken

Servings: 8
Per Serving: 248 Calories; 19g Fat; 18g Protein;
4g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 1g Net Carbs

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Carbquik
3 teaspoons Spicy Seasoning Salt or Seasoning Salt
8 chicken thighs, skin on

Instructions:
Place butter in a 9x13" baking dish and put in the oven to melt while preheating the oven to 425º. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't start to brown. It should only take a couple minutes. Remove from oven as soon as it's melted and set aside, keeping butter in the baking dish.

Meanwhile, combine Carbquik and seasoning in a large plastic storage bag. One at a time add chicken pieces to bag. Close bag and shake to coat each piece of chicken with Carbquik mixture. Arrange chicken in baking pan, skin-side down, in the melted butter.

Bake at 425º 35 minutes; turn chicken pieces over and bake another 15 minutes or until juices run clear.

Pandora, I make my steel cut oats in the crock pot, and they are so delicious. What I do is put it on low over night with the ratios listed on the carton of oats and water. I add 2 tbsp of butter, and some craisins. In the morning, I sprinkle some toasted pecans over the top and stir in some half and half or hwc. So tasty! Steel cut oats have much more texture and are way more satisfying than regular oatmeal.

Can I pick you guys' brains this morning? I very much appreciate all the feedback I got concerning my stall. As per suggested, I started the macadamia nut fat fast on Friday. I haven't loss one ounce!!!
Has anyone ever tried this fast before? How long must I eat nuts before I see a loss?

I felt full and like I ate too much all day yesterday, trying to get to 1800 cals, especially without dairy and LC treats, because I want to add things slow and do it right. DID have protein powder and almond milk in the afternoon, seemed to agree with the scale today.

Well, after my first day of P3 and 1400 calories, I am up 1 lb today, back to LDW. Not sure why the gain unless it was a case of too much, too fast. I did have an ounce of cheddar in there and experimented with retaining my 2 Grissini breadsticks, which I did not do last round. We'll see how that goes and if need be, I will omit them. For the moment, I am okay
