How long between rounds + Reload questions

Two Questions:

1st:
My main objective is not to "rush" and have less successful rounds (I have heard this as a catuionary tale) - my WL Clinic is saying two weeks before starting round 2 - I told them i would wait ~24 days from last injection to starting new round as want my weight to "stabilize" well and give me the best chance of not developing memory/immunity to the HCG during Round 2.

Sooo...how long between rounds is minimum and what is ideal?

2nd:
The WL Clinic is also telling me as long as I don't eat too many carbs/sugar as part of P3, i do not do a "reload"....is this right? Mind you, they couldn't give me a number of carbs (i don't think these folks talk "macros" too well) to stick to in P3.

Thoughts on not doing reload?

Again, main objective is to have the most success with my Round 2

Thoughts from the veterans?

Protocol is 6 weeks between rounds, i think 8 weeks between rounds 2&3 and 12 weeks between rounds 3&4 if i remember correctly. Thats with injections...so your clinic is not following Simeons but they may have people who have been successful this way? I don't know. I personally am doing the homeopathic and i'm still doing 6 weeks between rounds.

Also P3 is no sugar or starch so not sure why they would say as long as you don't eat too many....

BTW i am not a veteran so take what you want from it or not at all

Well, if your clinic is telling you to go back to P2 after only two weeks of P3, then they are correct. You will not reload. It will not be a new round but a continuation of your current round with a two-week interruption.

I AM a vet and I agree with the above. Obviously you may do as you choose or as your clinic advises. Strict protocol is 6 weeks between rounds 1 & 2 MINIMUM (3 weeks P3 and 3 weeks P4), which I would HIGHLY recommend, especially if you are doing injections or rx of any sort, and especially if this is your first round. After your 6 weeks (minimum--you can go longer), you would reload for your second round. IF your clinic is suggesting a "continuation" of your first round or a "second round" after two weeks, Felina is correct that this would be an interruption, and no reloading is required. The catch there is that you would ONLY be eligible to go 40 shots total, so your second round would be abbreviated to comply with the Simeons protocol.

Thanks Shelby -

I didn't think of it as a PI - i am going 37 shots for Round 1. Current i am planning for 24 days in between rounds. R2 will be a planned 30 shots ....no maybe i should tell them i want to wait longer?

If you are planning for 24 days in between rounds then I would definitely tell them you want to wait it out and start your second round with a proper reload after 6 weeks.
