Help please!

Hi guys, I could really do with some advice, I tried the hcg for 3 days, first 2 days loading as much high fat food as I could and very surprised to see no weight gain :-) the problem came by the end of day 3, I stuck to it to the letter and not a mouthful more but I felt so weak, I couldn't think straight by the morning of day 4 I had eaten toast, bacon latte and felt better instantly.

My skin also dried out to the point that my lips became flaky and my face was very sensitive almost felt like sunburn :-( I drank loads of water/tea/coffee so don't think I was dehydrated.

I really want try and do it as I lost 2lb on the morning of day 4!

I was staaaarving on day 3 so I was thinking of adding shiitake noodles when I try again? Also, I'm 5' 8'' so I was thinking maybe I need slightly more calories my basal metabolic rate is 1450 so I could maybe get away with 650-700 calories?

Any ideas would be gratefully received

Louise xx

There are 800 kCal versions of the diet. I also remember days 1 and 2 (post load) being super rough with the hunger - my DH had his on day 3 - days when we felt weak and a little sick. After that has been smooth sailing! Are you doing HCG or hHcg? Part of the reason i chose to do a WL clinic is to ensure i got the "good stuff" -

I take the drops, is there a way to tell if it actually contains hcg? I'm in the UK and had to get these over the Internet.

When I started HCG I didn't even hear the doctor when he talked about loading and I didn't load at all let me tell you I though I was dying the first week and a bit but after the 2nd week everything smoothed out. The 2nd round I loaded without carbs but tons of fat and felt fabulous....R3 I loaded with fat and carbs and man.... I felt totally crappy again....for me carbs ie bread products or things with wheat in it totally made my first week horrendous....

Are you doing this on your own or with a clinic? You might find that once you get past the first week you'll feel alot better.

Does your bottle have number on it that say something like 6X, 12X, 30X, 60X?

Thanks guys,

no the bottle doesnt say anything like that on it, should it?

Im starting again Monday so I will try to do the loading phase high fat, i dont react well to carbs normally they do make me feel tired and groggy especially high sugar stuff so maybe there's the link, no doctors or clinics in the uk do this so I'm trying to learn as much as I can, hmmm we'll see!

Thanks for your help, its good to see other people doing this, people i know would think i was nuts for doing this but it makes sense to me ;-)

Lowcarblou - From what I understand, a true homeopathic solution will have numbers like that on the bottle. You may have bad drops.
