Starting VLCD1 tomorrow!

Hello, New Friends!
I'm currently in day 2 of loading (which is actually not as fun as I thought) and start the 500 calorie diet tomorrow and have some questions.
I've been reading (maybe too much) and am confused on veggies. Is there a limit to how much we can eat with our meal, or was what I read incorrect? I know the kind of veggies are limited, but I found conflicting info on the amount.
I have about 90 pounds to lose, so assuming I don't kill anyone this time I will do p2 again. I don't really want to take a planned interruption and lose momentum and gain the weight back. Does anyone have any helpful hints on how to do that?
Also- I'm sure when we go out of p2 there is weight gain. But can anyone tell me whether or not the weight came back full force-bigger, faster, stronger- than before hcg? I want to be prepared for some gain, but want to make sure I'm not going to balloon up 20 pounds in a week or something.
Thanks for helping with Newbie Anxiety!

Welcome!

This is a great plan and you will lose the weight!

As far as weighing the vegetables remember your total calories should be around 500. There are online calorie trackers you can use to figure out the quantity of vegetables that will fit into your choices.

With the weight gain, it shouldn't be a problem. In my experience if you follow the P3 plan, there will be no weight gain. P4 is full of trial and error as far as what your body can tolerate.

The real key here is to simply follow the program and you will find success.

All the best!
