Vegas Rich's 21 Day P3 Journey

Well LDW was 194.2# which amounts to -32.6 # Lost over the 42 days using Injections. HAd a Few Stalls along the way and a Super Bowl Party I somewhat cheated on that had to recoup from, but nonetheless, i felt i did pretty good.


This is where i have made my mistakes in the past on P3 i feel. As I have felt Bulletproof and have not followed P3 to the T. So im going to Journal here to help me keep my LDW for 21 days.

LDW 194.2 Tuesday 2-12-13
BRK: 3 egg Omellette, which sauted Mush and 3 pcs Bacon chopped into ommellet/ Snack 1 Apple/ Lunch/ Left over HCG Dinner from night before of 6oz. of Steamed Chicken and schreaded Cabbage/ Dinner: Wifes Bday so off to Restaurant where I had Fr Onion Soup no croutons, 1/4 rotiserrie Chicken w/ Skin, broccoli and some other mixed veggies. Water thruout day. Total Calorie I counted was 1700.

WED 2-13-13 Day 2 Weight 196.2 Gain of 2.4 #

Ok, So on Day 1 i have already exceeded LDW. WTH? How could that be. Only ? mark i have is on the French Onion Soup. It ranged anywhere from 85 to 500. I told waitress No croutons. It was just broth, Onions, provolone cheese...man was it good too..

So any feedback. Thought i did pretty good. im leaning weight gain bc of Sodium Spikes from Dinner maybe? Not sure if i should do correction day. This blows already. I think im gonna do a normal day and see it it comes down 1/2# under my 2# limit. I think its sodium related and water weight not excess of calories.

thoughts? thx again for feedback and support

Rich...was yesterday your last injection? You need to wait 72 hours before starting P3 to allow the HCG to leave your body. That in itself could be why you gained so much. My last dose was suppose to be yesterday as well and my first P3 day would have been Friday. You need to continue the VLC for 72 hours. Hang in there!

LAST INJECTION WAS SAT 6AM PST...TUE 6AM = 72 HRS...

OK...you didn't say when your last injection was so....... It could be the sodium from the restaurant meal or the fact that you are eating more volume than previously. Add things slowly and see how your body reacts.

I would also say the sodium from eating out, also when I went into P3 I increased my calories to 750, 1000, 1250, 1500 then just a bit more each day until I am eating about 1800 calories per day which I can eat about 1650 to 1750 per day to maintain my current weight. I am on day 13 of P3 and in my window.

Also that soup you ate, usually restaurants use a thickner like flour or starch in their soups, I bet that soup had a bunch of carbs in it that you didnt even know about!!

it was clear and didnt seem to have any kind of starch additve.... next time im gonna skip the soup. weigh in for P3D2 in a few minutes.

I vote for that as well. Restaurants always put a gain on me when I start P3 no matter what I eat. I try to avoid them also in the beginning of P3.
