HCG Nasal Spray?
Has anyone done the RX nasal spray? Or know how safe it is? My DD has called to tell me that her close friend has done very well and she is going to start. I am a tad concerned. I don't know if I trust it and have never heard of anyone else trying? DD did a round of IM pellets a while back and stayed on plan until she started having migraines.
I couldn't find much at all about it on web search. Only a few pharmacies that carry it came up. ![]() Thanks all! |

Yes I have used it. It's supposed to be a better way of absorbing it than the rx sublingual. However, I had real hunger issues with it and had difficulty tweaking it and on the other HCG board I lurk there are several others who have complained of hunger as well. However, the weight loss on the nasal was superb - better than sublingual.

Thanks Mojo. I forgot I asked this and failed to come back.
![]() She is so excited and I didn't want to be the negative voice, but worry that migraines could be set off by inhaling rather than sublingual. Either case, she will know soon if it is going to be an issue. On the hunger? I notice that pellets were the best for hunger and that RX injections seemed to enhance hunger. I wonder if some are getting too much hcg through injections and maybe a lower dose through sublingual. ![]() |

Where I got mine from he offered both rx sublingual and rx nasal. He said sublingual is a higher dose because it's not absorbed very well so a higher dose is needed. The nasal is better absorbed so it's a smaller dose.
Sometimes I had an issue with the nasal in that one squirt was always kind of a "dud" and so I gave an extra one - and then I had hunger issues and it was hard to tweak but it was Ok. Convenience-wise the spray was good and cheaper. Funny I've heard that the hunger is easier to control with injections and there is better re-shaping with it. I guess we're all different. I would do the injections if I was to ever do another round (which hopefully I won't because JUDDD is working very well) for the hunger and re-shaping reasons. |
