When is the soonest I can get back on P2?
I have so much weight to lose, I feel like I am wasting time here trying to maintain my weight after p2. I need to be losing, not making sure the scale is about 1 to 2 lbs either direction of a specific weight point.
What will happen if I just go back into p2 after being off of it for only 2 weeks? And would I load again? |

tntopo, yes you should load again. Simeon's protocol does allow for planned interruptions of less than two weeks, but if it has been two weeks since your last dose you will need to reload to have successs.

I can only speak from my personal experience but after my first round I did 3 weeks of P3 and then went right into another P2 instead of doing one more week of P3 and then moving into P4.
I can't say for certain but I experienced a LOT of hunger in my second round and it wasn't as successful as the first. I can't say for certain but I often wondered if it was because I tried to do the two rounds too close together. |

Also want to add that as much as you feel like you want to keep going and you have a lot to lose, be patient and follow the program and you'll get there!
Maybe do a longer round the next time too!?!? |
