Starting VLC day 1 tomorrow and would love some tips, recipes, and shopping list to help me get started. I did this diet a couple of years ago but I have forgotten alot!:stars:

Do any of you use ff or sf cream in your coffee???

So I guess this was a dud thread!:dunno: Anyway did alot of surfing and found lots of recipes. I just wanted to hear from the rogue folks.

Starting today and I hope to have good losses this time around.

They ladies over on JUDDD got me hooked on this cooked cabbage with chicken and a wedge of light laughing cow cheese melted in it. It good I sometimes chopped up a few pieces of the deli thin ham and use it in it instead of the chicken. It's so good.

I've done the 800 calorie protocol and you are allowed 3 egg whites for breakfast.

Somebody came up with a "faux"tmeal -- "faux" apple cinnamon oatmeal.

Chop up an apple (food processor is good)
Mix with 3 egg whites, cinnamon and whatever spices you like, stevia, and a splash of water.
Microwave for 3 minutes, stirring at each minute mark.

It's not bad!

I use coconut oil to cook all my food it makes everything taste so good. I use regular half and half in my coffee.
