2 Weeks and I'm 12.6 pounds lighter

Today makes 2 weeks I've been using the homeopathic hormone free drops and I am down 12.6 pounds as of this morning. Doing a rouge P2. Would like to lose about 7 more pounds. My beginning weight was 170.0 today I weighed in at 157.4.

Congrats! I just started the HCG yesterday. Have been on the green coffee extract with raspberry extract. Started Zumba three weeks ago. Keep tract of calories on an online tracker since Jan. I've only lost five. Hoping the HCG will give me a boost. Ugggh

The drops really help me with appetite suppression. Don't give up. Give it a few days.

I may get kicked out of the forum after I tell what all I've been doing lol
Mix vegetables and use laughing cow light cheese just to name a couple. Sometimes I take a 1/2 small russet potato and slice it very thinly and baked in the oven with Cajun seasoning and eat for my veggie. Sometimes eat recipes posted on the Juddd forum they eat for down days which calorie wise about the same as hcg meals. I bought a hungry girl cookbook and have eat a couple of low calorie meals from it. I'm using the hormone free drops and not the actual hcg ones.

Wow! And you've had such great results! I'm jealous bc I'm too scared to be that rogue! I sometimes wonder though if adding some far can help move the scale!

I'm learning give me an inch and I'll take a mile. Starting to add more and more processed foods in the past few days and I'm starting to feel hungry and have some cravings which I haven't had since I started. Thinking I better get back to basic before I get off track.

Lurking...Nice job Robin. I, too am pretty rogue! It's the only way I can do HHcg. But i am so happy to have lost 5#'s this week. Curious to know about the appetite suppressing drops??? Where do you get these? green tea extract??

Thanks!
