Apple Day Question
I understand that you can eat 6 apples from noon one day until noon the next day, so my question is does an apple day really last for two days? In other words, if I eat 4 apples from noon until bedtime on day one and then eat two apples between breakfast and noon on day two, is that all the food I'm allowed on day two? Hope that makes sense.
Thanks for the help! Roscoe |

I believe you should only have one apple before noon the second day and count that as one fruit serving. So eat 5 apples the first day. Then apple for breakfast and then finish out day as regular p2

Thank you Kateenie and Reddy! I had 4 apples yesterday and so far nothing today except for water. I missed drinking my water yesterday! I found the apple day to be tough and wouldn't want to do another one anytime soon, but I was down 1.8 this morning and that's the first time the scale has moved in close to a week. Mentally, I really needed to see that drop!

So glad to hear it worked! I'd just eat one apple before lunch today!
I find the apple days tough too and usually only do one per round. One thing I do to make them more tolerable is make baked apple chips. Those are yummy and with the cinnamon and sugar they feel like a treat! |

I just did an apple day on Friday and ate my first one around 1pm. Just not hungry. Had two more and by 10pm was gagging!
The next day, I just went back to P2 without eating any more apples in the morning. Lost 1.2lbs. I agree, they are tough! I hear you about needing to see the scale move though! |
