Dietary Fat and HCG

I am getting injections from a Weight Loss Clinic, and their diet stresses keeping fat very very low (simeon protocol pretty much). However i am also trying to keep my Carbs low too, b/c i know this induces Ketosis, etc. I am basically under-eating a little each day b/c im scared of both carbs and fat!

My question is this: Does dietary fat really "mess up" the HCG weight loss? Or is it Sugar/Carbs? (e.g., good old low carbing assists the HCG in buring fat.

Thoughts?

I don't think undereating will help your losses. I'm averaging about 50 carbs a day and i think due to such low calorie am still in ketosis (according to my breath!!!). I would do the protocol as its written if it were me, except my joints don't tolerate wheat well so i do not do the grissini or melba
