Sorry I've been MIA, this has been a busy week and yesterday was my b'day. I've done pretty well with eating clean p3. Last night hubby treated me to a fab thick piece of steak and roasted asparagus. I can't remember the last time I had steak. lol At any rate it was great! I know I can't do it often and I was up a little today but within half a pound of LDW so I consider that a success.

I was pretty wiped out and down when I ended p2, but now that I've been eating p3 for a little over a week I feel a lot better and actually (wait for it...) look forward to doing another round and see if I can really move the scale. Weird huh? Kinda like swearing during labor that you'll never get pregnant again only to have the sweet amnesia roll over you afterwards...

Avy, what a round for you! Enjoy p3. It seems like such freedom after the strictness of p2. Maybe we can buddy up for round 2...

jgr- how are things with you?

Things are going good with me. I am down to 120.2 lbs as of today. I wanted to hit 119.9 or lower before my interruption next week, so I am confident I will make it. I have been researching P3 like crazy though to prepare myself. I researched P2 for like 3 months before starting it haha

ah i remember you mentioning this now. That would be rough. To me you are already tiny at 120 lbs although i don't know your height, but i think our mothers will always think we look good anyways. I once lost 70 pounds and over a few years had gained back close to 50 of it. My family didn't even notice. When i said hey i can fit into the dress i wore to my brother's wedding again, they were like huh, what do you mean you've always been the same size. My mom knows after about the last 10 years on and off plan that somedays i'll eat it and most days i won't, don't feel offended mom, i really wish i could. I know how it tastes but i also know how that white flour makes my arthritis get even worse!!!

Woohoo! Down a pound! I am now at 119.2 so I met my goal of 119.9 or less before starting my interruption next week.

I look good at 120 except for my stomach. I ALWAYS carry the extra fat there and makes me look pregnant. I want to get to like 105ish and then tone up really well.

I wish my family didnt realize when I lost weight. They (mainly mom and sister) lecture and throw fits about being harmful to my body.
