Way too much time on my hands!
|
First day of P3 was a success. I ate so much Greek Yogurt. My dinner was a beautiful tuna tataki salad made by my boyfriend. He was happy to be able to use oils again! Scale didn't budge an ounce, that's good!
Last night I blended up a green juice, so I can drink it this morning. It has half an apple, a carrot, spinach, ginger and water in it. I'll have that plus some yogurt for breakfast. Lunch, I haven't planned yet. I've got to see what we have in the fridge! |

![]() I do love egg days as well & I've always wanted to try the bacon/coffee day. But to be honest in P4 I doubt I will do a CD again. I prefer eating very clean or cutting out carbs and I find I get the same results. But I haven't ruled out a CD if I am in the mood or overly worried about the scale the following day. |

Hi All,
Quick stop by... P3 Day 4 and doing well so far. My LIW was 155.4 I ended my VLCD at 154 Today I'm at 155.2 so I'm .2 under LIW which is great. I'm eating comfortably and trying to work TO HUNGER (although at night it gets a bit crazy) but I"m excited about maintaining. Hope everyone in here is doing great! |

P3/P4ers!! looks like you're all doing well!!! Angela- Every mom's worst nightmare! I'll be praying for that family and the neighborhood. How tragic!! I'm still too high up on the scale. Trying to be patient, but this roll around my middle is getting too comfortable here!

Do you think a Nathans beef hotdog tomorrow would be bad? Like too soon to eat?

mommy, I have some unopened Tillamook pepper jack cheese in the fridge. Everyday I look at it and think about having some. Tomorrow will be two weeks on P3, I think I'll try a small slice. That stuff is so good. Last edited by Felina; 02-26-2013 at 08:53 PM.. |

At my LDW 152.6 at P3D11 and have added: nuts, cream, avocado, dressing, olive oil, greek yogurt, more protein and lots of awesome veggies! Had some wine on two occasions, too. So far, so good! I plan on adding some cheese this weekend.
Wishing everyone well! |

Ok I didn't finish the other half of that hotdog. I did up the calories to 570 today. I had the 80/20 ground beef for dinner. I bought unripe avocados for Friday. I think I may have some bacon and eggs for breakfast. We shall see

I have a question and think I know the answer but want to make sure I'm following protocol. If I did my last pellets today at 4 pm, does that mean on Friday 4 pm I move on to P3? or do I wait until Saturday? I think it's Friday but need to be sure as I am taking my p3 very seriously and don't want to have to do another round. Thanks for the advice and I'm looking forward to joining you guys!

AFM, I am P3D13 and I am stabilizing well in my window. ![]() My menu yesterday was: B: Fried eggs and bacon (lots - I was *hungry* when I woke up) S: Dunkin Iced with HWC L: Leftover chicken thighs and broccoli sauteed in olive oil with lots of garlic and crushed red pepper! S: Hand full of walnuts D: Big ribeye with sauteed onions and mushrooms S: blueberries and whipped cream! I am going to make some coco crack tonight as I like to eat one if I am hungry in between meals and the coconut oil is so good for you. |

P4D20 & up another +.4 which puts me +3.4 over ldw to 131.6
Now I'm not sure if it's tom or from the the food I had at a work function the other day but not taking a chance & doing a GY day. But tom is due tomorrow and I had symptoms last week & then nothing this week except headaches & grumpiness & weight fluctuations. On Tues night I went to a work outing and made the best choices under the circumstances & had a light beer, unbreaded wings, the cheese off the the cheese fries, spinach dip without chips & 1 chicken tender. The next day up 1.4. So yesterday I ate clean P3 and still up today another +.4 today. I know my tom is due but for the last week I've been up & then down the next day. So I always told myself if I see 2 days in a row of steady gains & I am outside my window take care of it. Just hope that some of this water weight or inflammation comes off tomorrow. If it doesn't then I guess I will just do protein/healthy fat. Last edited by pandora174; 02-28-2013 at 04:38 AM.. |

Hello silly, I'm past those two days. I'm only on day 3 of p3. Im adding in the calories and fats very slowly. I plan to get to 1200-1500 calories a day this weekend. I don't want to shock my body all at once by adding to fast.

Thanks, Mommy!
![]() Today I'm down 1.2. I will take it but I am going to make sure I'm eating enough calories today. I ate really well yesterday...I ate to hunger, increased protein/fats and even had my baked apple at 9pm. I think I will start adding the cheese today. I DON'T want to stabilize with low calories. |
