hcg p3 then on atkins induction?
Has anyone done this? im just getting ready to go into p3,for 4 wks.at the end of this mix.
but i still have 20 pounds to go to goal. rather than going back for another round of hcg, i wondered it after i stabilize in p3 and go to atkins induction, for the remaining 20,if it will cause any stabilization issues later on.Thanks for any info ![]() Last edited by Dinalyn; 01-28-2013 at 09:22 AM.. |

Not certain but I think that P3 is a lot LIKE Atkins Induction. The only difference is that you can have low glycemic fruit and some people find they can have nuts (almonds, peanut butter etc) where as on Induction you have to keep carbs under 20 a day.
As for whether or not you could lose weight by moving to Induction Style eating in P4, I don't see why not but you may not see a fast loss only b/c you'll be coming from a pretty low carb lifestyle anyway. That said, many people chose to continue low carb well past p3 to go on and lose more weight so I don't think there is anything wrong with doing that especially if you find it works for you! |

thank for the reply. i to wondered about the being in the low carb alreay if the loss would be less than someone that wasnt, and starting out induction. makes since. i am mostley concerned about getting stabile in p3 then going in and messing up my set point. but ill just haveto jump in and see. i may even go for one more mix of hcg and see where it takes me. again, thanks

Maybe move into P4 and introduce a few carbs and make sure you're truly stable and then go to the Atkins thing.
