Quick question about apple day:)

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately the dreaded stall is here, so I have decided to do an apple day. I was searching online and it says that I can have up to 6 apples within 24 hours and the last one should be before lunch the next day. Soooo my question is, should I still weigh myself in the morning or should I wait until the next day?

You should have a loss the morning after the apple day, so, yes you should weigh then continue the apples until noon.

Fantastic!!! I love doing the apple days!!! How easy can it be? Are you hungry? Here, eat an apple. Are you thirsty? Here have an apple. Easy, easy, easy.

I'm a bit confused. An apple day in P2 is to correct a stall or plateau and an apple day in P3 is a correction day? Right?
