Hi!
I am new at this and have alot to lose. I feel like I am getting lost in the HUGE threads that would apply to me. So I thought maybe I could have a mini-one for those that feel the same!

I am on VLCD3 of PH 2 (which is directly after the 2 loading days, right?) First round. I have 110 pounds to lose.

Don't get me wrong... I am thrilled at the enthusiasm of so many people and learning from them all. But sometimes small is nice too.

there is lots of information in the thread it is good to read through it.

If you just finished your 2 loading days then this would be vldc 1.

2 loading days
21 vlcd with Hhcg
2 vlcd without Hhcg

No I wasn't counting the loading days. I did two of those and now am on VLCD3. So 5 days total. is that right?

Yes that is correct I just read it wrong I thought you just finished your loading days.

Are you doing a short round or going to try a longer round?
