HELP!!! I cheated
 

I did hcg about a year and a half ago but never cheated, this time I cheated big time.

What do I do now and what can I expect to happen?

There is nothing to do but resume P2 immediately. The cheat may set you back a week or so(if you gain), but, only time will tell. It's done, so try not to beat yourself up over it:console:.

I 2nd that. It also depends on what you cheated on and how much. It might not be as bad as you think. But, it's over & done with & you got it out of your system :console: Don't beat yourself up. Just get back on P2 immediately. It might set you back 3-4 days or depending how bad it was. Just eat P2 clean and drink lots of water. I'll be fine..just don't give up :hiya:
