Slowed down overnight, barely a loss. The scale couldn't decide if if was 88.8 or still 189.

Jeanyy so how are you feeling doing such a long round? I am at day 33/week 5 I am at this point stopping at March 16th which would be week7. I am hoping with just .5lbs a day I will be at 275. I would love to keep going till I got to 260. But that would be another 3 weeks at the least I think taking me to March 30th. Right now I am feeling great. No problems with sticking. Even bought my son a pizza today from our favorite place. I didnt even look twice at it. But I dont know how I will feel on March16th IF I can push another week. So I am wondering if you planned from the begining to go this long, or are you going week to week based on how you feel?
Glad to hear so many people going down on the scale today. For those not, remember stalling is part of the journey. Week 4 way my stall week, lost barely 1lb the whole week. Now week 5 Im already down 4.6. So the stall will break. ![]() TMB oh i am so jealous of P3. I cannot wait. But I am not rushing this, I will get there when I get there. But oh I wanna be there now..lol! ![]()

Today I weighed in at 182.7 with less than a week to go but... I'm ready to move on. It is harder to do long rounds, for sure. I am feeling a bit worn out/tired which may or may not be related to the diet, so it's time. Last time, I did lose a bit more over the course of Elimination, Phase 3 and Phase 4 so I'm gonna go for it and keep my fingers crossed. I would love for my LDW to be under 180, though. [Edited to add: Always reserving the right to change my mind when the crunch comes! hahahaha] Last edited by Jeanyyy; 02-28-2013 at 06:26 PM.. |

I have a hamburger cabbage soup simmering on the stove.. Wow, it sure smells good. It's a bit rogue with extra lean ground beef, onion, celery, garlic, cabbage, spinach, tomato sauce, broth and spices in it... Oh and a 2/3 sweet red pepper that was lurking leftover in the fridge. I can't wait.. haha

Ahhh okay... I'm up 0.5 lbs today but not stressing. I did have more chicken with skin and hamburger soup yesterday, so I'm sure my body is just hanging onto some water. That, and umm... there were a few days with no movement (which naturally happened AFTER weigh-in and coffee/water today). TMI!!
