I ordered from Intermountain both the drops and the pellets, I prefer the pellets so much easier to take. It took about 10 to 14 business days for me to get the pellets so make sure to order enough to get you through the round.

My successes for today...

i am down 0.2 pounds...not big but had big losses the last couple days so not worried

Today was my niece's first birthday party. I enjoyed playing with the kids, had a few apple slices and left the cake and ice cream to the others to enjoy. Wasn't even a temptation. Also took my 1 year old nephew home with me for a few hours, he kept me so hopping I didn't even have time to think about food. At 8pm I realized maybe i should eat something before it is bedtime!

That's interesting, I don't know how to go about finding one in Nanaimo. Hmmm.

I did a few years ago. One warning, I had issues with the glass breaking with one of my orders due to the cold weather. I would not order the liquid drops this time of year if you live in a cold city. At the time, I was visiting my dad in Northern BC. (Just noticed you are in Nanaimo, probably not an issue).

Also, in BC you can get a naturopath to write a prescription for hcg if you can find one that supports the protocol.

I think it's worth looking in to. You could probably find one on the Island somewhere.

Thanks, I googled after you said that, and there are a few in Nanaimo, but I'm not sure how to go about finding out who supports the protocol, as they don't mention anything on the websites.

Congrats! Keep up the good work!

Had a work retreat and was a little nervous about food, but stayed perfectly on track! Down a total of 16.6 lbs to 156.4 in 29 days. I will TAKE it! 11 more days of VLC and hoping to hit 149.9 for a low weight I haven't seen in years!

So sorry I didn't get back to the board to answer your questions! I see after reading that you did your coffee and liked it! Great. I really think that with this idea you go pretty much to taste. I only measured the cocoa...on to my earlier post....

I used a tablespoon of dutch cocoa, some divinci's sugar free carmel syrup (to taste, it is very very sweet if you add the vanilla creme stevia) and the vanilla creme stevia...again to taste. Go easy or it will be cloyingly sweet. I didn't add any milk. Haven't had any milk this round but you could add it. Some of the recipes I saw online did add the milk. And they also used vanilla extract intead of what I used. If you have the english toffee stevia drops many recipes I saw added them I guess instead of the carmel syrup. The cup I just made this am is waaaay to sweet so I dumped half and added more coffee. I make a huge latte cup to I can savor it,

YMMV...

Another pound down today! There is a lot I want to do around the house today. I'm looking forward to a big coffee!

Last night, I discovered that you can put an orange, ice, water and stevia in the blender and get an awesome frosty drink....like an Orange Julius! I'm going o make it again for breakfast and add a little Slimstyle gluc powder to keep me full.

I know! I'm justifying because I am not buying new clothes until I stabilize! I might not buy any clothes until the end of my next round. I will work with what I have in my closet.

Luckily, I'm attending a clothing swap on the 12th, so I can grab some new-to-me smaller clothing for free while clearing out my fat clothes.

Yay for clothing swaps. You wouldn't believe the thrift store I found. Everything in the store on Thursday is $1.75, Friday $1.50, Sat $1.25, etc. down to Wed at $0.25 and Thursday the cycle begins again. I went in there and bought like 15 pairs of pants for $22 whoowhoo! The perfect clothing store for HCG users and the sizes we lose!

It's in Houston, Texas. It's called Family Thrift and this one happens to be their outlet where they send the surplus. Most Family Thrifts are simply a thrift store charging thrift store prices - this one is the outlet - what a find!
Congrats for getting into the 180's! It will be a while before I get to that number.

I'm baaaack!

I'm stuck. I love, love, love working out (*who AM I?*) but can't seem to stick to an eating plan consistently. I've even taken up kickboxing & stay in the same few pounds range.

I'm going rogue. A little extra protein, extra veggies, fat free half and half in my coffee and fat free salad dressing small doses.

I'm at 187 and would like to get to goal by June 15th. I need to lose 50 pounds to get there. I'm only 5'2". I'm using the Intermountain HCG drops and if I can get in the groove, I plan to go as long as possible.

Let's do this!

I am holding steady, no loss or gain overnight. Feeling a bit "squishy" which is an indicator that a loss is on the way!

I subscribe to Your Lighter side, and found this recipe. I will be trying it for P3. I love cheesecake, and rather than a whole recipe of cheese cake, this will do me just fine!
