Close, yes.. but it will probably take me another 2 weeks. I hope I can tough it out, but that's IT for this round. I'm so done. Last time I lost some on P3/P4 so hoping that will be the same this time.

Happy to report the wheatgrass drink is a success. I'm going to continue for a couple more days just to make sure I'm not just losing lbs because it's the first few days. I'm so happy to have found something to have when I just can't get in 100g of veggies in a sitting. Depending on the veggie it can be a lot to eat.
I'm enjoying the no hungry feeling even though I should be hungry. The temptations on the other hand are hard to deal with, some days it's OK and some days I want to kick my bf in the shin. He's not on a diet so you can imagine me staring at him while he's eating MY Fibre 1 fudge brownies...
Sort of like Quezsmom talked about below, smelling her son's hand after he ate something yummy!! LMAO that was good!

the weather is actually pretty nice here in Medicine Hat, AB, plus 4 and the sun is shining!!!
Have a great weekend all

Yesterday's weather wasn't great either. I was out in Port Coquitlam and got rained on a bit... couldn't avoid it. And I was so drained by the end of my work there that I came home and had a looooong nap. Still drained today (of course, diet has *nothing* to do with it... haha).

OK, my calcium magnesium with zinc vitamins say to take a few hours before or after any other 'medication.' Would you say that other vitamins are 'medications' also would my HCG drops be considered 'medication'??

hhhmmm

yeah I didn't need to rub it in that we are having a sunny day... I just looked at the forecast and we're supposed to get drifting snow tonight!!
lol

Had to do the apple day yesterday with the entire week of the dreaded stalled scale. Happy to report -2 lbs this morning. And, for some reason, I'm not hungry today for the first time in three days. Hopefully the hunger pains will subside for awhile. The clinic said I wasn't getting enough vegetables in...probably true. I also learned that their menu doesn't include beef because of the time it takes to digest. I didn't pay much attention to their menu as I'm following Dr. Simeon's.

I was really cranky yesterday because I was hungry and tired of VLCD. Today is a NEW day and I'm embracing VLCD.

Just kidding. I can see the finish line so I'm going to stay strong and positive over the next few days.

Oh great, I forgot that it's potluck day at work. Of course, people want to know why I'm not taking part. I don't want the temptation. I'm going to eat my shrimp and cabbage at my desk.

It's definitely going to be an option for me down the road. I really don't know how the drops by prescription compare to what I can buy from Intermountain or Miracleskinnydrops, which both come highly recommended by people on different forums.
My Gyno in Vernon has the hcg diet program. She charges $499 for 4 weeks or $899 for 7 weeks ( I think) Plus the cost of the HCG which I think she says is $75. This was too expensive for me so I ordered Intermountain Pellets and will start the diet for the first time in March.

Yippee! 167 this morning!
I'm sure glad I opened one of the unopened bottles from my "stockpile!" I still have a ways to go, of course, but it sure feels good to blast past that 169 number. I still get frustrated when I look back and I see how well I did previously and I realize how I messed up to gain back so many pounds...but I am happy that I am starting to get control again.

I have bunches to do tonight, so I will try to quickly catch up on posts. I hope everyone is doing well-

Kay

Concerning weight loss, I have a 5-pound goal theory:

I want to lose 60 more pounds pounds. But, my goal isn't to lose 60 pounds. My goal is to lose 5 pounds.

I know that I can lose 5 pounds. And I work in even-number increments.

I weighed 208.4 on Monday and told myself, "Your goal weight is 205, so you only have to lose 3.4 pounds to reach your goal weight!" So, I worked towards that goal, and had surpassed it by Wednesday.

When I look at it in increments of 5 pounds -- instead of the entire 60 -- I know I can do this.

And that's how I've gone from 352 pounds to this morning's weight of 199.4. And, per my 5-pound rule, I've only got 4.4 pounds until I reach goal!

Yay!
I love this out look--and major congrats on your incredible success! Thanks for inspiring all of us!

Holy canoli, ya'll! I can't believe the massive WOOSH so many of us had last night! I hope that we have the same tonight! Way to go, ladies!

Have a great weekend!

Congrats Kay!

It definitely was a good day for losses!

Confession, I am truly starving today. My stomach is growling. I am convinced my hcg is at the end of it's lifespan as far as potency is concerned. I've been researching on another board and it seems that is common when a big batch is mixed for a long round. I have an appointment at the doctor tomorrow. I may or may not take my shot tomorrow depending on the advice they give. If it's stopped working, it may be time to transition. I can not imagine doing 2 more days like this + 72 hours post shots.

The lesson here is get smaller vials of hcg and mix a second batch mid round.

I am really tired too.. tired and feeling very worn out. Not sure if it's the HCG, the weather, or just eye-strain. I am now questioning my plan to do another week and a half... I'll see how I feel tomorrow after a looooooong sleep.

That is a good idea. I'm feeling a bit better now that I've had some protein.

Well today starts p3 for me! Having cream in my coffee and quite happy.

I'm 154 this morning so 1.4 below LIw and 4lbs from goal.

TOM finally showed up yesterday too!

Overall it was a good round but the last week was rough with the long stall.

Hoping to take it easy in p3 and p4 and keep this weight off!

Wishing you all a great rest of your rounds!

I am down to 185.8 today. .6 drop from yesterday. Still feel swollen (sausage fingers) so I really need to push the water today. And I need to make sure to eat all my veggies. I have been finding it difficult to eat all the food lately.

I am down a lb today!! I normally do NOT see these 1 lb drops so I am excited!!! I am going out to eat tonight, so I am going to play it by ear and hopefully find something on plan. We are going out of town for a concert and don't know where we will end up for dinner so no pre-planning to do. I am hoping for steak!! If they have nothing I can eat I will keep a bit of cottage cheese in the car and have that for dinner. At the restaurant just have a drink. If I do that I can save money too!!!

Have a great Saturday everyone!!!

Congrats on your loss and chug a lug throughout the day! I bet you'll see a nice loss tomorrow!

Yowsa! another pound! Have fun at your concert. No Jimmy John's around there ? I adore that place for a great deal and a great meal!

I'm down .2 today. I'll take it! after the last 2 days I was just glad the losses stuck so, onward and downward I go. Today is steak and spinach with strawberries. Kinda boring at this point but I am loving walking into my closet and KNOWING it all fits and lots needs to be tossed still. I went through my dressers but not my hanging stuff yet. Going to try on all my jeans and if they aren't smokin, off they go to donationland! woohhooo!

WW-- We do love Jimmy John's. But we are thinking a nice sit down and wait on you restaurant. I am in the minority here with my dietary needs so I will just go with what everyone wants. Especially since we are going out of town and have no idea where we will end up. Last time we were in Greenville we went to a local place that brewed their own beer. Good thing I don't care a lick about alcohol I can exist on either decaf coffee if it is going to be cold out (I think it is) or unsweet tea (I bring my own sweetener). I have done it before. And I am hoping for steak

I woke up with a headache, hunger and no loss on the scale. All signs are saying "stop". I'm very happy with the losses this round. I don't think I'll take a shot today. Still a few hours until I go to the doctor but I am sure she will agree. Listening to my body, it's speaking loud and clear.
