I don't really remember, I'm sorry. I was using my Omni drops at the time and just set the pellets aside when they arrived.

I know it will slow way down next week, so I just hope I can get to the 10 pounds in this 23 day round.

Lifeisgood, thanks for the advice on the Intermountain pellets. I might try switching to the drops when I've used up the pellets. I think what went wrong yesterday was that I missed my mid-morning snack. I have to eat every two hours or I'm just starving to death. I'm feeling much better today.

Do you think I should take more pellets, like 4x a day? Did that help your hunger at all?

Definately had to take them 4x a day. I gave the second bottle I had to a friend and she is experiencing more hunger with the pellets as well and she takes them 4x per day. I was still losing weight, so probably could have continued, but wanted to be more comfortable. I had to eat every two hours as well. Also started taking Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother in it (2 tsp in 8oz of water chug chug chug, hold nose, etc.), that helped with the hunger a lot.

Since I've banned myself from clothing shopping during my weight loss journey (I have clothes that will fit me at several sizes); I've decided to invest money in a vitamix after talking about it in the recent blender thread. So, today after work I'm going to pick one. Excited!
Haha, funny you mentioned banning yourself from shopping for clothes. This is my worst habit at the moment. I love trying on smaller sizes to see if they fit. Luckily there is a thrift shop I found in my neighborhood where it doesn't quite clean out my checking account when I do go shopping. I just got into a new size today so EXCITED! Congrats on the new blender & the pounds lost. You are definately losing more and faster on the shots!

I'm down another pound this morning! I really thought it would just be a half-pound. Woohoo! That makes it 6.5 pounds in five days for me. I only have 3.5 more to go to make my goal for this round.

Thanks for all the great advice about the pellets. Today I am going up my dose to four times a day and see if it helps with the constant hunger pangs.

I love trying on clothes too so see how they are fitting, especially jeans. It's really encouraging to feel them fitting looser. It can go the other way too. Before I started loading for this round, I was on a mission to buy some new jeans. I was a little shocked. I thought I would be a 10 or a 12, but the 12's were fitting really tight! There were some that I couldn't even zip or button. I did finally find a tight 12 that I bought. Thankfully they are fitting better now after 6.5 pounds down, but trying on all those super tight 12's really gave me incentive to get back on the HCG bandwagon. I'm so glad I did!

Good day to my favorite losers!

My first post here, after following the January thread from dawnymomma.

I am on day 27, down 15.5 and could not be happier. This hasn't been an easy round and I had some frustrating stalls and even two gains in the last month. I gained quite a bit over the holidays, which was just after a week long cruise to the Carib. I am 9 lbs away from my goal, but don't think I'll meet that on this round which is number 4. I will switch to paleo eating after P3. I failed to stabilize last round, so I am determined to learn from my mistakes.

Yesterday I was fighting head hunger. For some reason, dh brought home a few donuts for himself(he is usually kind and avoids such breaches of spousal hcg conduct...) This morning I decided to nip it in the bud. I had done a search for hcg hot cocoa, and found a few ideas. I took a TBL of cocoa and added it to my coffee. I had made mochas with 1 tsp previously and really enjoyed them I also added some sf carmel syrup, and some vanilla creme stevia drops. OMG, it was heaven. The extra cocoa really did make a difference and it was like having a cup of real cocoa. I know that the extra cocoa is not on protocol, but I figured it may keep me on track to finish this round later this month.

I pulled out my pressure cooker and will be making a pot of cabbage soup. I have some homemade beef broth and think it will be a tasty meal for a couple of days.

I am so glad to see everyone doing well. Rounds do have their ups and downs, so hang in there. This is the best protocol to lose weight quickly and if you follow P3 and P4 to stabilize, keeping off the weight works.

Just passing some info along. If you like hcg, want some hcg, I suggest you stock up/get some NOW!!! Dr Oz is featuring hcg on his show on Feb 6 (I have heard) and I foresee a run on the stuff. Everything he has "endorsed" has been sold out as soon as it airs. I strongly suggest if you are thinking of doing another round, you get it now!!!

I don't generally watch Dr. Oz- I'm at work and don't record it- what kind of a "spin" do you think he'll take on it ? Positive or negative ?

The last time I saw an hCG show on Dr. Oz it was positive. Having said that, it was regarding Rx hCG. I just looked it up and his show coming up on 2/6 is also about rx hCG so I wouldn't worry about the hhCG getting sold out.

Today is loading day 1. Very disappointed by my start weight - I'm higher than I was when I started the last round. Scared of the number after 2 days of loading!

Ugh. I need to lose at least 15lbs this round!

Hi Booty,
When they gave you your shots, did they say you couldn't go past 40 days? Or did you have a choice to go longer if you wished? The clinic I am using has several plans up to 12 weeks.

I wish I could go more often, but dh can only take so much pixie dust. I'm taking my girls back to CA in Mar and plan to sneak a day at DL in. Dh doesn't want to go, and will probably stay home the whole week, so I think it'll be a nice girl day .

It didn't work for me either but I only did it for three days. I stopped because I gained too much! Six lbs in three days!! My rotations were 300/900 so I know I didn't do it properly. You are supposed to have at least 1000 cals more on the UD than the DD. I always think I will go back to it for maintenance if that time ever comes.
This is my second shot at it, and maybe I'm giving up too soon, but w/ eating so low on my DDs and following the plan to a "t" and still gaining? I'm afraid to give it a whole month. Plus, it's hard to only eat 500cals. On hcg I have hunger suppression, w. JUDDD it's just white knuckling it. Not bad if I was losing, but I'm not up for any more time and gains in hopes it'll work for me. At least I know hcg helps me to lose, even if I hate it!

I used them my past 2 rounds and MUCH preferred them to the drops. Better hunger suppression, easier to take and carry around, and much better energy.

WTG!! Nice job!!

I'm done w. JUDDD and trying to eat well, but not completely overdo it. I may "load" for 3 days. I'm probably going to dose starting tomorrow, but am afraid of the scale. I'm way up today, 159!! I was 143 after my last round!! This is out of control!! I need/want to drop some lbs and can't really wait much longer as i'm afraid I'll keep gaining. My body is going crazy!! The carbs just make me gain then add in exercise and I just keep going up!! Maybe I should take a week and LC/CD my way back down a bit before hcg? I didn't lose much my first week of hcg last round and was disappointed. Still working through it.... But really tempted by all your wonderful losses!! You guys are doing great!!

Yes, my Dr. said 40 day max and then P3 for 3 weeks. However, he does support cycling back to P2 after P3 which is not exact protocol.

I did a few years ago. One warning, I had issues with the glass breaking with one of my orders due to the cold weather. I would not order the liquid drops this time of year if you live in a cold city. At the time, I was visiting my dad in Northern BC. (Just noticed you are in Nanaimo, probably not an issue).

Also, in BC you can get a naturopath to write a prescription for hcg if you can find one that supports the protocol.

I didn't hear back from rocketmom yet about how to make her heavenly coffee so I went ahead and winged it. It was delish!
8 oz coffee
1 T milk
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
11 drops sweetleaf vanilla cream stevia
Then I poured a little Torani sugar free caramel flavoring

I usually put 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee (rogue) but this was so good that I didn't see any reason to use it so I used milk, just as I should. I think I would even be happy to have this when I'm not on protocol. Thanks rocketmom, but I still want to know how you made it, if you get a chance.

I just had this too! It was pretty good. I did a cup of decaf coffee, 1 T. of unsweetened dark cocoa, 1 T. of milk, and 2 pkts of Stevia. Hopefully the extra packet won't get me on the scale tomorrow. One packet just didn't do it for me.

Stayed the same today, but not complaining since I totally expected to bounce up following the 1.8 lb loss yesterday. Gums are not painful, just tender and of course, I can feel the stitches which is a bit aggravating. They will come out on Friday so I'm dealing with antibiotics for now to prevent infection. All in all, the gum surgery wasn't "horrible". However, the left side of my face still feels a bit beaten up/battered from all the freakin injections (freezing stuff and stuff to reduce bleeding). Hoping to see the 180s tomorrow!!

I have them and really like them. Is there a reason you did 4 times a day? I use 3 pellets 3 times a day as my bottle directed. I was wondering why you did them more? I never had my hunger removed with taking them and if taking them more often would do that, then I am all for it!

Yes, I took them 4X a day to help with hunger. That is what I had been told to do in the early days of taking the OMNI drops, so I figured it would help with the pellets - and it did. I'm guessing it's due to having more HCG in my system in the early days.

[QUOTE=toomuchbooty;16235587]Yes, my Dr. said 40 day max and then P3 for 3 weeks. However, he does support cycling back to P2 after P3 which is not exact protocol.

I couldn't believe my clinic had a 12 week program. I don't think I could do the program that long anyway. We'll see how we do and go as long as possible. I can't wait to pick up the injections.

You can google HCG Diet and Dr Oz and it will pull up the show that was previously aired. It showed some patients that were upset about the program, and some that loved it.
