VLCD21 for me today and down 0.8. I only wish the losses I am having this week were last week when I still had another week to go!
Oh well, weird round....and I am ready for P3 on Friday. Maybe I will lose a couple more lbs before then. We shall see.........anyway I am down 25.5 lbs so far this round (including 10 lbs of load weight..) Also its day 11 of no diet coke. I *really* wanted one when I hit my "wall" at 3:00 PM yesterday but drank my water instead! Went to bed really early last night...guess I needed it!! |

Torrister you've done great! You'll probably lose a few more lbs in these last days and I know for me I lost lbs on those last two days after my last dose when you have to continue the vlcd. Of course those don't officially count for your last dose weight but try offer a little "wiggle room" in case you go up a lb or two in the 1st few days of p3 (which I usually do)
I'm down .8 this morning and pleased with that. I'm currently 4lbs over my LIW from last round so I feel pretty confident that in the next 10 or so VLCds I should be able to get there or even past it! This time I have to keep it off for more than 3 months though lol. I love how flat my tummy feels in p2. Before starting I had the worst case of bloated tummy and felt so gross. It feels good to eat clean and feel empty! Had a lil hunger before bed but got through it so that's good |

Hi. So the last couple of days have been tough. I tweaked a muscle in my back or something and have been home and I had forgotten my drops at school. So I missed a day. I was up a bit this morning. I have done HCG before but didn't make it past a week. So that a wall I am trying to break down. My drops have Propriety HCG Active-8 African Mango complex. Does this mean they don't have any real HCG in them?
And I am just figuring out how to use this site and keep on top of everyone's posts. I think I have finally read them all and will endeavor to keep up to date. I don't want to come in here and do all my venting.... Hopefully I will feel more positive as I go along. |

Morning losers! down another .6 this morning! I'm beyond thrilled with my results so far this round. I'm going a little crazy again here and having pork tenderloin as my protein today. Say a prayer for me
I got up early and did an inventory of my freezer meat collection and there it was, 7 oz on the dot of pork tenderloin. I took it as a sign from the heavens so there ya go. Going out and about for real today with my dd for a few hours. We like to coupon together and since she has a hubby and daughter now, they eat a lot of stuff I no longer eat so we get lots of freebies for her family and also collect for my foodbank. Fun and helps others too. I'm also picking up a starter garden kit today to grow some things. It will be awesome to go out and pick fresh strawberries, tomatoes, herbs, etc. save the money, plus how convenient!menu is tenderloin, spinach, apple, tenderloin, romaine, strawberry sorbet, 96 oz water, vitamins, plenty of steps with my friendly fitbit. |

My scale has been craaaaaaawling down for more than a week. It's not a true stall, because there have been losses in there. It's just slow. I'm not surprised because my first 2 weeks were great. Time for my body to catch up. The inches have been going down, even if the scale isn't.
TOM finally showed up yesterday after 1 week of pms symptoms. I have 17 VLCD left. I'm hoping TOM will be gone in 3 or 4 and I can get back to my regular, scheduled losing. |

![]() TOM rears its ugly head every 3 weeks for me while I'm in P2 so makes for several opportunities for slowed, actually stalled losses. I expect it again this Friday which is why I stop this round tomorrow. What's the point of suffering through another 4-5 days of stalls |

It sure is frustrating. I didn't realize how much water I retain during TOM. Nothing I do seems to help flush it out.

So... I forgot to take my shot this morning. I didn't take it until about 12:30 and I usually do it around 10am.
Will that really make a difference in anything? I was really really hungry and wolfing down my lunch when I realized it.... |

I wouldn't think it would make a difference. I take mine between 9am-11am since I get up at different times with my work schedule.

You were having such fantastic losses, it's probably time for your body to catch up. I guess I have that to look forward to as well. I definately love the shots!! My losses have been pretty good this week and I love not having to dose every 4 hours like on the drops, and hold them under my tongue, and not drink or eat anything 30 min pre and post. I feel liberated! |

I am down .4 today to 192.6 which is 11.6 pounds less than my initial weight. I am on VLCD 12. I am really hoping to end up on the higher side of normal, of course.
Is there anywhere that has people's results by week? I am so curious to see the distribution so I can see how I compare, and what my possible outcome might be. |

Man, this week has sucked so far for losses. I have one day left in the week and sitting at -0.9 only, not even a whole pound. However, I did measure and was down 3" since the last time, two weeks ago. I'm hoping for a decent loss tomorrow to round out the week.

Saying Hello and getting started...
Hi all!
I just wanted to say "hi" and (re)introduce myself...This is not the first time I have done this, but my "rebound" was entirely due to the fact that I was not in the right mental place to maintain my success. In fact, I am coming to believe that the approach I have had during the past 10 months has pretty much guaranteed my failure. I had incredible success in 2011, losing 40 pounds in two rounds. Last Spring, I returned to lose 15 pounds. Then, things began to spiral downward (or outward, depending on how you look at it!), & the weight came back on. There were a number of contributing factors, but no excuses. I didn't watch it, and I got bit. The truly scary thing is that I couldn't just "lose" it again, no matter what I did. I purchased one bottle of pellets and 4 bottles of IM hhcg in the summer when Netrition was liquidating its supply. I thought it would be wise to stock up. I "attempted" a round at the end of July/beginning of August using the pellets. It was going pretty well, but then school started back up (I'm a teacher), and for some reason, things went sideways, and I stopped mid round. Since then, I have had a TERRIBLE time--I have tried to re-start rounds at least 3 times since the summer, and each time I lose almost NOTHING, and then I give up. Additionally, I have experienced more hunger, and less of the other benefits that I normally experience with the protocol. As I have tried to examine what I did differently that could have caused this drastic switch to failed rounds, this is what I've found: 1. Since the summer, I used the drops I bought this summer instead of the pellets. There is a real chance that the drops were deactivated somehow. I have ordered more pellets, and will use what pellets I have left from the summer. (They seemed to work well in July). I will throw out the old drops--even the un opened ones. 2. I allowed "little" exceptions that were only the slightest bit "off" protocol, but they were off protocol, none the less. No more of that. 3. I didn't post here regularly to keep me motivated and on track. The "voices" in my head can talk me out of and/or into anything if I'm not careful, Ha! However, I can come here for voices of reason, and that is so helpful. In fact, I purchased Robin Woodall's book just tonight b/c of the posts by Buttah--Thanks, girl! I'm really very disappointed in myself, and I do not like who I see in the mirror right now. I need to get things straightened out and I need to feel like myself again. I didn't think I would try hhcg again after only dropping 5 pounds in 17 days after Christmas. BUT, I am desparate, AND I DO believe in the protocol. It works--if I follow the rules. So, I write this as I enjoy my last glass of wine for the near future, and I say "hello" to old friends and new friends alike. I will need your help in the days ahead. I'm nervous and excited--but I have my meals planned out for tomorrow, and I look forward to cleansing my system and feeling better. I will be in VLCD 1 when I wake up in the morning, and I will celebrate the opportunity to fit into my clothing again...(The stuff I'm wearing right now ain't so cute! )Until tomorrow- Kay

Morning all!!
VLCD22 here for me. Yesterday was going to be my LDW day, but I woke up to a 1.1 lbs loss this morning for 4.8 lbs total lost for week 3 for me. Soooo....as much as I am looking forward to P3, I am going to go day to day deciding when my last dose will be. I still have HCG left and have not hit 32 lbs (roughly 26 point something including load weight) lost yet so I can do this. So weird!! Just gonna go with the flow...... |

Kay! I think you have the right attitude... I have beaten myself up for regaining and it just doesn't help, but examining what I need to do differently has really helped! This is my first time with the protocol but NOT my first time trying to lose weight. I realize it's not the losing, it's the maintaining so I am moving into P3 soon with "fear and trembling" and gonna really pay attention in this next phase.Best wishes to everybody today! Finally down a pound to 153.2 for a total of 19.8lbs lost in 35 days (I didn't count the load weight, was I supposed to?). Five more days and I will be totally happy with a solid 20lbs. I always loss slower than the average and I am on HRT so all in all, I'm feeling great moving into P3 soon! This thread has been soooo helpful! ![]()

Down another .4 to 192.2. But I am feeling like I am retaining a lot of water. I have sausage fingers. Does this happen to anyone else on here? I am planning to drink a LOT of water today. At least a gallon, maybe more.
