Dooy, I love my fitbit. I need to continue to wear it. I wear it off and on but started being strict about it on Monday and I'm not sure it has made any difference in my results but I tell ya, my legs and stomach are already looking firmer! the feedback and stats are so great for reference too. I ended my day with over 25K steps. I took a nice warm epson salt bath and am happily lounging now and eagerly awaiting the scale in the morning. It feels so good to know I did my very best today.

I forgot to eat my apple with dinner so I'm having it now. Skipped the green beans and just had the onions and mushrooms with my chicken. Worked out fine and honestly, I think the green beans would have been a little too much for me. Can ya tell I'm in the p2 zone I'm all jazzed up about silly stuff around my house too. This may be my best round whether I achieve my weightloss goal or not. The amount of stuff I'm getting done around my house just to get steps in is amazing I went through all of my drawers today in my closet and got rid of everything I didn't deem dateworthy. I even sorted through my workout clothes and decided if it wasn't something I felt really great in, to eliminate it. No 'oh I'll wear it around the house' clothes for me anymore I may be nuts but I really am trying to make this about more than the weight and think I'm on the right track.

That's so wonderful walkingwoman! I have really been on a tear around the house too. I have the back of my van piled up with things for goodwill. I've gotten rid of ten bags of trash from my basement.

And - most fun of all - I am going to have an amazing garden this year! I ordered a bunch of seeds from an heirloom seed company, and I have spent a lot of this phase two fantasizing about all of the great vegetables I will be able to eat from my own garden when this diet is over. Hubby is going to help me set up an area to start my own seedlings indoor this year.

I have no clue about the drops. I use RX injections, but hopefully they are good! VLCD 20 and I was down 1.0 this AM. I only measure my waist and hips and there is definite inches lost.

Hi Everyone

Down .8 this morning. I'll take it. Total loss for the round so far is 6.5lbs. If you include loading it's actually 10.5. I'm at 159 as of this morning and I'm good with that. My goal for the round is 150 but even if I don't get there, I'm happy with something under 155.

So far hunger has not been too bad except for late night. I find myself getting really really hungry around 9 or 10pm. Try to save my fruit for 9pm but even when that's done I'm still hungry. But I just go to sleep and push through.

Feeling pretty good about this round being successful, hoping the losses continue.

Hope you all have a great day and a great week ahead!

Thanks! I've been up since 7am, it's after 11, I'm not starving yet. This is my menu for today:

Started with a cup of warm lemon water. Then sipped 32 oz of water with 2 tbsp of ACV in it. Drinking Yerba Mate tea right now. Will have more water and ACV this afternoon. Really helps with hunger. And I'll switch to oolong tea at some point.

Will have lunch between 12-1 I think. Chicken and lettuce salad, maybe with a pray of lemon juice and spices for dressing, or liquid aminos.

My snack mid afternoon or tonight will be a strawberry and spinach smoothie with ice, stevia and a tbsp of milk.

Supper is going to be steamed shrimp and asparagus.

Oh, and I also have another fruit serving, so maybe I'll nuke an apple with spices and a little water for dessert.

Avy, your menu looks great! I'll pass along a tip I got my first round years ago and I wish I remember the posters name to give them credit but I don't so here ya go! Slice an apple super thin and then freeze on a kitchen plate. You can also sprinkle a mixture of pie spices and stevia on it if you like. When they are frozen, omg. The apple is amazingly delicious for me. Takes awhile to eat too and I enjoy the crunch. So, there's my two cents of advice for the day

My running around partner canceled so not sure if I want to run around by myself or not. My weather looks a little unpredictable and trust me when I say People in AZ do not know how to drive in rain. It's ridiculous so I avoid rain driving at all costs, including fun shopping Maybe I'll hit the road tomorrow. My bras are not fitting properly anymore, even my smaller ones. Grrrrr so, definitely need new ones but don't want to buy till the last pounds are off but want to try some on and see what the dealio is sizewise. Also, want some cut flats. I never wear flats but for some reason I'm feeling it this year for daytime.

Thanks for the idea! I have a P2 recipe book downloaded from the site I bought my drops, so much info and support etc. I have the next 5 days of food planned out already in my food tracking app, trying to stay POP and not mix veggies, no coconut oil for cooking, oil free moisturizers, and all that jazz.

It's actually hard to get to 500 calories a day if you don't mix veggies! using lots of spices and counting those calories helps I guess.

Oh hey, we're neighbors! Yes, I do have some beef in my menus, but only a couple times a week, I want to beak into beef slowly, because I'm concerned it might slow things down, even though it's the rarest cuts and done on a grill.

Today is a holiday, so I get to do my first VLCD day at home, yay! But I'm interested to see how work this week will be, especially since it's tax season, bleh!

I always used beef on P2, I would have the P2 chili for lunch then chicken for supper I lost 18.6 pounds in 26 vlcd for an average of .71 per day.

I used beef throughout too... basically I ate everything allowed and then some. I wasn't bothering with the 1 Tbsp of milk for a long time, then I saw a Youtube where the HCG advisor said that she found the people who avoided it, had trouble re-introducing dairy in the long run. So I started adding it to my fruit smoothies. I want to be able to eat everything healthy when I'm done with the weight loss part of this!

I was up .4 this morning. This is two days of slight gains with no change in diet. I have walked both days for at least 40 minutes...I'm tired of this round... 5 more days of sideways is not how I was hoping to end this.

I am a little rogue in the sense that I normally have HWC in my coffee... only about 1 Tbsp per coffee and I have 2-3 coffees per day. So the ghee was in addition to that. Maybe my body was crying out for some fat?

Hi all -- thanks to this board, I think I will finally be on the right track. A few weeks ago I ordered what I thought were HCG drops from a site that I found using Lifebooker (similar to Groupon). When I got the drops I didn't realize that there was absolutely no HCG in them. I used them for 5 days and needless to say I didn't get any results. The website won't take returns, so I've emailed Lifebooker to see if I can get my money back through them.

In the past I've used Alli for weight loss with pretty good success. I lost just under 40 pounds but I put back on about 20 just last year. I had a lot of foot problems and sprained both ankles (not at the same time, thank goodness) and I'm just now starting to feel like I'm completely mobile again.

In the meantime, I ordered drops from one of the sites mentioned here, so hopefully now I'll be on my way. I'm guessing they should be here in 1-2 weeks. My mom, who was widowed from my dad in 2011, is getting remarried in May and I'd really like to look decent in the pictures. I am not telling her about the HCG -- I'd just like to surprise her. So hopefully I will have success!

Thanks everyone for all your comments on this board -- I've found them to be extremely helpful.

What I love about it is it keeps me moving! I sit all day at work and when I feel it on my waist I get up and go for a walk around the block - something, anything to just move!

I did measure and I HAVE lost 11 inches so I am not going to complain. No other diet plan has given me these great results in such a short period. I do want to finish well and I want to go into P3 with the right attitude.

Thanks Felina! I am trying...what's the alternative? I can't give up! I will go into P3 knowing I followed this to the letter. I am reading up on P3 and kind of excited to maintain. DH and I have created a few dinner options that we actually love, so it shouldn't be that much different!

I think I may have survived R1P2D1! Had my shrimp, asparagus and hot sauce for supper... feeling satisfied, not hungry. All this tea, water and ACV certainly helps. Going to take a detox bath to jump start the loading weight off my bod! And take my last drops of the day in a bit. All and all, a pretty good first VLCD.

Food for tomorrow is prepared and packed for work, life is good. Love these forums and my Facebook support group. <3

Did you get the"original" or one of the other flavors. What did you put it on? I'm not a spicy person either, but willing to try something new.

Not all refund or replace or stand behind their product. I got a bad batch of the drops one time - they actually tasted funny and I was hungry all the time. I wrote them about it and they said that there was no way they could be bad and would not replace.
