I've downed 64 ounces today, not bad at all. It's still early but I want to cut off the tap so I don't have to pee 100 times tonight.

Awesome! I'm down 1.2 lbs from my pre load weight, so not too bad for day one! I had minimal hunger, more thirsty. I was expecting more withdrawal symptoms from sugar....early still.

Hi Girls

Sounds like you are all having great success on your rounds! Can I join?
I'm on Round 3 P2 Day 14 and have lost 11lbs this round so far Wish I could say I was on prescription HCG - little jealous there thinking it might come off faster with prescription HCG. I'm doing the sublingual drops.

Welcome!

Yes, anyone who would like to join in here is welcome! It sounds like you are doing well so far. I'm not really anticipating faster loss with rx, but I do think the appetite suppression might be better. The main reason I opted for rx is the accountability of going to the doctor once a week. Also, having my body composition tested weekly will be a motivator.

This is R5 P2 D2 for me. I'm not going to weigh until the end of the week, but other than that, everything is going great. I only managed to get in 200 cals yesterday. I guess I was still stuffed from the loading days. I'll try to eat more today.

Hi Everybody I'd like to join in! I've been lurking a lot the last couple months but I decided to do another round so I'm on day 2 of VLCD. I gained a little over 5 lbs during loading (I hate that part) but after yesterday I lost 2.6 of it so that's perty cool, My sleeping already sucks but oh well, that has happened each round.

Welcome! I have been falling asleep easily, but waking up at the crack of dawn! At least I don't have to drag myself out of bed.

Welcome! My sleeping is getting worse too. I'm so tired now as I'm trying to work 13 hour days and not getting as much sleep. Spacing out 500 calories working this much is difficult.

I applaud you for being able to wait a whole week to weigh in. I CAN'T do it. I have to weigh every day and write it down. I've got a daily log since last April when I started this journey. It's kinda cool to look back on my other rounds and say, oh "this is where I got stuck last time," or I can say "it took me this long last time to lose 10 lbs" - this helps me stay focused and realize that it will come off EVENTUALLY.. I'm just too curious

Is anybody else COLD? I've been freezing and wearing gloves at work..LOL I wore three long sleeve shirts to bed last night! I just hit my 14th day with 12 lbs lost.

Is anyone taking additional supplements? I've added in Biotin capsules, Liquid B12, Cayenne and ACV this time.

Appetite suppression would be good! I'm a little hungrier this time. I started this round with the pellets, but didn't think they kept the hunger at bay as much as the drops so I switched back to the drops and doing much better.

I'm a bit hungry today, but this is a very long day for me. I work until 8pm so I won't get my dinner until about 9. I might have to start packing both meals on my 2 late nights.

That's what I had to do. Pack all my food for the day and carry it with me in a little cooler. It's the only way I can manage it.

Thanks Cindy!

I am so determined this time, it feels good to have your head in the game.

It's only Thursday, but I'd love to hear what everyone has planned for the weekend? What are you going to do for fun since food can't be the source of entertainment?

I would really like to go shopping, but I am not allowing myself to buy any clothes until the end of this round. I will be attending a huge clothing swap in February, so I'm hoping to pick up a few smaller items when the time comes. Perhaps I will shop for shoes and accessories instead.

When I am on P2 I stay away from everything , on the weekends I just make sure that I keep busy usually doing housework, laundry all the good stuff.

I am down .4 today vlcd 21 this round has been easier for me because I premade all my lunches and portioned out my chicken for supper plus my husband has been working out of town he is gone for 11 days and home for 3 so I only have to cook for myself.

Congratulations on the loss.

I premade my lunches for the week as well. It's definitely made it easier, I am burning out on the soup I made.

My boyfriend usually cooks dinner, so I've been training him. I gave him the acceptable food list and some recipe resources. He makes one dish that is HCG friendly for me and then he supplements his own serving to make it more robust. He's so supportive and encouraging about the whole thing. He doesn't care if I lose a pound, but he wants me to feel good.

I definitely have some work around the house to take care of. It never ends, really. :P

That's nice that your boyfriend makes your meal it makes it easy when you get home to just sit down and eat no temptations if you had to make your own.

I made the P2 chili for my lunches I ate that for all 21 days, I find the chili is filling and keeps me warm throughout the day.

I had major cravings today, not hunger but cravings. All I could think about was peanut butter. Weird.

I adapted a tom yum soup recipe to be more protocol friendly. I am trying something rogue tonight. Kelp noodles, they are similar to miracle noodles but without the fishy smell. Even though they are virtually calorie free, I'm counting them as my veggie in my soup. We shall see how the scale reacts.

(My plan to stick to strict protocol didn't last long.)

I have miracle noodles and I would love to make some chicken soup with them. It would be much more filling and satisfying. Does anybody here use them on p2 without compromising the protocol? Let me know how it goes for you booty.

I still haven't weighed but I'm worried. I know that I gained 10 lbs loading so it will take longer before I can start to lose any real weight, but I thought I would be down more by the 4th day of VLCD. I put on my cords that used to fit before I loaded and now they are so tight. I just didn't think I had gotten that much bigger just over the weekend.

I guess that just really got me down, then I was hungry today. I had finished my daily portion of food by 3:30 pm and it wasn't very satisfying. I don't like the nonfat food. So, feeling sorry for myself, I used 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee instead of milk. I know that most people can do that without having issues so I just went for it. Anyway, it's midnight and other than the 1/2 & 1/2, I stayed on protocol

I hope I won't be as hungry tomorrow. It's harder to do this when you get discouraged.

Felina sorry you are having a rough time. Its probably just belly bloat if you loaded with carbs? I definitely couldn't not check the scale everyday being on this diet. Thats my motivation.

That being said, I'm down another pound today, so lost 7 pounds preload weight and 9.2 including load weight. And i forgot to add this is VLCD7

Good morning!

Yes, cravings seem to have gone away. That's encouraging. My soup was so good last night, but pretty salty. I'm not surprised that my weight did not go down today. However, my measurements are looking awesome. So far 2" off the hips, 1" off each thigh, 1" off the waist and .5" off the chest. Also, my calves, naval and arms are all down .5" each.

That is worth celebrating!
