Not sleeping :(

Hello! Its been almost a week on P2 and Ive lose 6.7 pounds :0
Has anyone had a hard time sleeping at night? Its like I can feel my heart pounding softly and really not tired. Is this because of the pellets?
Have a great week everyone!
Summer

I'm sorry I can't really offer any insight other than to say that I slept better on HCG than I usually do. My night sweats were much better.

I hope you sort it out - not sleeping is not good.

This is an adrenal reaction to the VLCD, not the hCG. Try magnesium at night or melatonin and see if that helps. If it doesn't help, try rubbing a tiny amount of hydrocortisone cream on your inner arms (like the size of a pea).
