EZ sweets and new to HCG

I plan to be starting HCG for the first time as soon as my order comes in. I see in the protocol that only Stevia should be used. Has anyone used EZ sweets? Is there a reason why it is worse other than it is not a natural product?

PS wish me luck in this, time for a change for me as I have lost 100 pounds in total now on low carb but have not lost more than 12 pounds in the past year and nothing in the last few months. I'm worried about the 500 calories but if what i read is correct I shouldn't feel hungry?

Good luck!!! I am not sure where you have seen that artificial sweeteners are not allowed. Dr S (the original doc who wrote the manuscript Pounds and Inches) states right in Pounds and Inches something to the effect that since artificial sweeteners are regional (in a sense) that you can use what you can find. I use ez sweets in my coffee and have done well using it. I suggest you use it and see how you do with it.

I use EZ-Sweetz all the time on hcg! Granular Splenda has 24 carbs per cup which was too much for me- this liquid version has none at all. Pure sucralose. No calories.
