NEW here! Question about the protocol
I'm taking the HCG drops and I just started. Today was supposed to be the first day of the VLCD, but I've kinda ran into a problem.
I figured I'd go food shopping after my load was over, but I'm having an issue with my bank and can't use my debit card until tomorrow afternoon. I figured I'd just improvise for the time being and eat the (healthy, clean) food I already have as long as I don't go over 500 calories. Which brings me to my question. Has anybody gone off protocol with their diet? Is it alright? Will I still see results if I eat 500 calories of healthy, clean food a day? Only asking because I'd like to have more of a variety of vegetables in my diet. |

You have loaded fo the 2 days? You can load for 3. Actually some really encourage a 3rd day of loading. I suggest you use today as a load to use up what you have. Add tons of butter, mayo, eat yogurt. Whatever you have that is fatty at the house and start the VLCDs tomorrow. On this plan, an extra day of loading won't harm you!
The plan is for those 500 calories to come from the list of food that Dr Simeon's came up with. I suggest you stick to those foods only when doing the 500 calories plan. Simply the best way to take off the pounds....AND have them stay off!! Good luck!
