Hi everyone~

Joining over here. I started Fat Fasting. I LOVE IT!!! I have been losing and I am very happy about that. Instead of thinking of how little I can eat, I think about how I am going to make somethign fattier! YA FAT!!

I havent been very accurate in measuring anythign at all the last few days. I just focus on fat. Yesterday was:
B ~1/4c HC in coffee, ~2oz brie (OMG I love this stuff!)
L: % guys double bacon buger (no bun) grilled onions, mayo
S: homemade beef bone broth
D: kelibasa with onions and apple with added butter.
I was down 1.5

Today marking my weight: 217.6

I am happy to say the whoosh fairy visited me finally! I broke whatever barrier was in place stopping me from going past 224. The scale went from 222.6 and settled on 223.0 I'll take it!

I'm trying the fat fast as the transition to P3. Reading about it is not enough. I need to try it. I've stayed the same on the scale for 4 days so I figured now is a good time to try it.
Not sure about the timing at the end of the round but...it was either a tablespoon of PB or a a major cheat day coming.

I chose fast fast

Any words of wisdom for those that have been where I am?

Ya Renee! Congrats!

217.6 this morning. Not concerned (yet) because I never lose consistently. My first round I would go 4-5 days and not lose anything. At least this time I am eating food! LOL! Nothing worse than barely eeating and NOT losing! Could make a grown woman cry!

I also worked out with the trainer yesterday and feeling it today for sure! Plus a 60m spin class later today! OH YA!! (no not really but I have to psych myself out for it- at least the music is good and the instructor is awesome)

Wednesday I actually did a slow jog for the fist time since 6Apr12 (ankle issues). I was so thrilled to death! I was concerned with all the metal in my ankle something would go wrong or hurt~ but all was good!

B: HC in coffee, 2oz brie, .5 serving greek yougurt w/ 4 blackberries
L: leftover kelibasa
S: 2oz brie
D: chicken thigh w/ add butter

I stay so much more satisfied doing it that way. Sometimes it really breaks a no losing streak! I have been reading alot about the "eating fat" to lose fat...makes good sense. I will say my losses are slower this round, but I am steadily losing!

Good for you!! I am doing it differently this time as well and feel alot more satisfied.

So today was weigh in and measure day... I did cheat yesterday but the results were still good....cept for my scale, I think it might need new batteries. Each time I got on the scale it weighed differently... So I got on 4 different times and 4 different times it weighed differently...so I took all the numbers and averaged them together....giving me 228.5 which is 1.3 down. (average)..YAYAY...but even better is the 3.25 inch loss!!!!!!! I remember one plan years ago where they recommended you weigh daily, BUT to take the average of the loss for the week...I may return to that way of doing that, because it takes in to account all the "crazy " things your body tries to do ..

Anyway Happy Friday! We have a "snow " day here in NC for the whole 1inch of snow that fell...hahahaha

Best advise I could offer is make sure to keep the fat above 82%

All that exercise probably has your muscles retaining a lot of water. It'll be gone in no time.

Yay EmBee!! Going the right direction!!

Well I’m cautiously optimistic that I may have broken my stall. Beef day netted me a loss of .60. I usually get more from a beef day but I usually do it after a gain as well. I’m just below (.20) my round low so I’m hoping the keep the downward trend going. I am back on FF today.

Anyone end a round early & managed to stabilize in P3/P4 ? I ended my round today just feeling miserable & not mentally there at all. Managed day 13 in a 23 day round using hHCG. I wasn't so worried but now I am starting to worry. I'm going to take P3 slow and this is my 4th round so I know what works for me in P3/P4 (healthy fats/low carb/lots of protein).

Looking back at all my 4 rounds I've always been a little rogue as I've never taken the breaks in between rounds & my 2nd round I skipped P4 all together & went straight into R3 and stabilized nicely. Just stressing a little but I feel ending the round was the right decision for me. I've changed my goal weight
2x times and just want to focus on stabilizing and eating low carb which works really well for me. Mentally not there this round and I can't even think about the possibility of another round.

Any thoughts or insights ? I ended at 128.2 & I am 5'4 with a bmi of 22 & 1 year ago I was 248 lbs. If I ever want to get to 123-125 I was leaning toward low carb or fat fasting when I am nice and stable.

Last summer I stayed the same for over two weeks, but then I was losing inches the whole time ...hang in there!

Down .4 today I'm trying to hang in there. I got all my water in today. Fingers crossed for a big loss tomorrow. Down 12.6 lbs New lbs so far this round.

You've done just awesome!! What an inspiration. I agree with everyone else. Stick with what you know works and you'll be just fine. And a 22 bmi? Much less and you're likely not to look as great as you do now. Big Congrads!

Well I was getting frustrated so it was either toss in the towel or make up a new game. NEW GAME! So I stopped pellets Friday 7.6 lbs in 14 days. I'm going to take a basic low carb break for a week or two (depending on TOM) start pellets, but not load, this weekend or next and then go for another week long FF. I had a few too many carbs yesterday and swelled up like a sausage so I'll wait a couple days to weigh in. I'm going to try and get my exercise going again, that's the one thing I've really been lacking on.

Hey ladies I was 193.4 today. We went out to lunch today. I had tilapia and lettuce. Let's do this! I love hcg. Today was another I might go to 40 days day. Lol I keep going back and forth do 30 days or 40 ??.I want to see 179 this round!

after not having anything to report for a few days i took a break from posting while body was taking a break as well.but down .5 this morning and im hoping its going to continue downward.getting to point where its slowed to a crawl. chin up! lol

nothing new to reprot today or probably the next fews days. i think im offially in a stall,and nothing to do but wait it out. i seem to have been losing and gaining the same .5 for the last week,so thats probably just water. hopefully it will break soon.
