I think it would cause problems for people who are lactose sensitive in general (and a lot of people are and don't know it until they do an elimination diet like this). So try it and see.

and you poor dear. you have my condolences on those nasty bread sticks.

Thanks !! My best CD where with greek yogurt so I am cautiously optimistic. I did have it today instead of my protein. What would you suggest instead of the break sticks ? I just seems to want the crunch and not from veggies I also want to get all my food choices in including the starch from the breadsticks. I don't know if it's mental to get me through this round or not.

On the Omaha Weight Loss HCG plan, you can have Orville Redenbacker's 100 calorie Smart Pop popcorn in place of nasty bread sticks. I highly recommend it! I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray on it, too. Also allowed on that plan. Google it!

I eat regular greek yogurt, strawberry! Yup! No problems either! I also use Sugar Free french vanilla creme (liquid kind) and 1% milk in my iced coffees! I limit myself to two a day and I lose just fine. I'm always trying new things.

Official totals for week one of FF/HCG round:
Post load – 7.4
Preload – 3.9
Now that I’m past the lovely week one, we’ll see how things will go. I feel good, good energy and don’t feel deprived. So those are all great signs. It does still appear I’m doing better on higher calories. I did 1183/82% yesterday trying to end the weekend with a bang and had my first stall. I’ve been averaging 1300/83%.

Hope everyone else is doing well. Time to focus on another great week!

ALWAYS MEASURE

Hey just a quick reminder...because I know this happened to me when I hit a super LONG stall...MEASURE...I measure weekly, it is a strange phenomenon that the scale doesn't budge, but the inches continue to disappear!!! So even if the scale is not moving the inches are changing...just bringing some HOPE with a simple reminder

absolutly!! I go in my closet and try things on.There is always something that fits that didnt the week before!!


Long boring weekend. 7 degrees out and housebound with a hubby that wanted to watch tv and snack all day LOL. I did good as far as not eating anything "off protocol", but i ate a little more meat a little more veggies and a little more fruit than allowed. So as a result no losses to report. Good news ..no gains either "yeah".

Gotta get my head back in the game this week thats for sure.

Thank you! i know is true,i havent measured since starting but i can usually tell in how my jeans fit. maybe i need to try on a pair that was tight last week

happy to report the gy did not affect me. I lost today -.08. Not sure how often I will use but it's nice to know I have it as an alternative protein. I also do albacore tuna in water as well and have done lean turkey in the past.

Well ladies I tried something new, 100 calorie popcorn 97% fat free I added some coconut oil. Mmmmmmmm Way better than the melba toast. I Pray I didn't gain!!

Mom wow under 200 and still losing...... Way to stick with it. I use GY as a p2 stall breaker 24oz 0 fat for the entire day. Usually a 3 pound loss. Did you figure out how much to use as a serving? My guess is 6oz.
Terri great first week for you.
Glad to see the losses.

For me I had to recommit on Saturday. I don't know why but I went off plan.
I need to stay focused as I was so close to goal. I weigh in tomorrow am. To report good or bad because of my cheat.

So not worth the cheat and I haven't seen the scale yet

Off to take a walk..

I have no effing clue why because Sunday was my best day of this whole round (even the protocol police would have been proud of me) but I weighed in at +1.5 pounds this morning! I was in shock and pretty mad! I had chicken breast and celery soup for lunch and sirloin and roasted radishes for dinner! GRRRRR!


I have done air popped popcorn before with no gain, good luck!!!

I started right about the same time TOM started. That only lasted about 2 days which was slightly odd but I was glad.

I have already drank my quota but I am going to try to get in another 20-30 ounces.

I'm not having those big week 1 losses. I sts today. I've lost 2 lbs. Thats it. I'm not giving up. I have to try harder. Maybe rethink some things. Gonna eat a salad today for dinner. For lunch my usual FF Hot dogs.
I need a nap. I hate tuesdays and getting chloe at 7:30 a.m.! I am not a morning person at all. If I never saw mornings I wouldn't be disappointed.
Off to get my hot dogs! Later!

Yay!! Glad things are moving along for everyone!!

My turn for a stall. On my previous FFs I've usually had a bump around day five. Well instead it's day eight after a stall. Up .6 today, goose egg yesterday. So I'm waiting for my body to catch up and hopefully get back going soon.
