Hi ladies
Checking in to report that my loading pounds are finally gone.
Now the true losses begin. I will weigh again on Sunday to stay on track. I also will have my labs done on Monday, so I'm looking forward to seeing results.

I have strawberries to cut up with my salad for dinner. Looking forward to them as them smell so good.
Lunch. I'm not sure yet. I know it needs to be a protein.
Drinking my tea with a small splash of cream now. I'm trying to cut back on the cream but I feel hungrier without it by mid morning

Keep on losing ladies. Looks like everyone is doing well.

Virgin weights here we come.

Still waiting for the warm up in the northeast. It's freezing out right now.

@Shrinking, there is a fat faster's thread on the HCG board somewhere. There is TONS of info including recipes and daily menus that people have contributed. I agree with Terri and Embee, do at least 2-3 days.
I am still not weighing, but my yoga pants (the ones with the fold over tops) are fitting without squeezing my muffin top over the top! Woot! I'm off the scale I think until Friday. I haven't weighed at all this week.
I also wanted to add that my friend that I helped last year get started in HCG, some of you may remember me talking about it last year, has just over 105 pounds and maintained all year! Maybe she is the one who needs to help me! lol. She lost 78 pounds from January to May and another 30 from low carbing after that. How awesome is that!! And motivation for all of us!!
Thank you. I spent an evening reading and got through half of the FF thread! Got some ideas going. I do think I'll do at least two days. I managed to find some pork rinds so those will make a good car snack!

Good Morning ladies! I'm at 200.8 today! I don't ever remember weighing this weight. So I had to have been this size when I was like a pre teen. That is so sad!!

I'm so glad my kids don't have weight issues. They love saying mommy's food is so good. My twins love eating my p2 and p3 meals, lol. My oldest loves broccoli now. Before I couldn't get him to even try it. Kids will eat what their parents eat. It shows you they will follow our eating habits good or bad.

Woot woot! Go, Mommy! You can do this! Don't be afraid of living a life you never knew you could. Embrace it! That's great about your kids loving your food! It would be harder if you had to cook them something you couldn't eat. Count your blessings.

Hugs and support and to the rest of you. Terri, you asked me how I was feeling and I don't think I responded to that. I'm not filled with energy the way I thought I would be by now and my head is still fuzzy (but I still take Restoril and Melatonin and Benadryl for sleep) but I think I will start feeling "zippy" soon. I'm down another full pound today so that makes it 9.2 lbs in 6 days of "mainly" juicing.

I say "mainly" just because I have only had one true juice-only day since I started. I added in some nuts and a whole fruit for my evening meal and two days ago I ate two scrambled eggs with butter and tabasco. Still lost 1.2 lbs next day, too!

I'll be around again later but need to leave for now. Hope everyone has an amazing day.

Pork rinds are perfect!! You will enjoy the FF, and it will be so much easier for you since you're travelling.

I still have not weighed, I have been working out again and have been super sore, so anything the scale says won't reflect true losses anyway. I feel SO much better and am noticing some inch loss. I have not been hungry hardly at all and forcing myself to eat, just so that I keep my energy.

Everyone has truly found their groove this time it sounds! Keep up all the good work!!! YAY for scale victories!

Good Morning All!

So far so good, yesterday 1332/83% - down 2.4. That makes 4# in the first two days, but you know how week one is I'm feeling good, not hungry and energetic. Load weight is officially gone so it's real loses from here on.

You're just doing spectacular Cheryl! Hope you start feeling it soon. Maybe some of your medications are affecting you more since you don't have that much food in your system

Smart decision Erin,
I've learned if it doesn't feel right to weigh in don't. Even if I have all the reasons in the world why the scale is LYING, it doesn't help my attitude. And the inch loss is actually what we care about anyway.

Yea Terri!! You're off and running! Feels GREAT, doesn't it? I think you're right about the meds. I'm going to start cutting back on the quantity of some of them and maybe eventually I won't need them every night anymore.

Doing laundry right now, then I'm going to slip into the shower and scrub-a-dub-dub. Slide into some clean, comfy PJ's and settle in for a long evening of leisure. Ahhh!

Wow Terri that's great! Now I wanna do a FF. haha.
Cheryl, how are things going at the farm? When is your first 'official' day? I am so excited for you, honestly!
OK CONFESSION: I messed up today; I had some chocolate. Okay, not some, but a lot. Yikes. I can't say I think I'll see a gain but will probably stall. Not too worried about it since I'm okay with a slow and steady loss. I didn't work out today because I am pretty sore from yesterday but have grand plans for tomorrow after work. So back on the saddle tomorrow.

Confession is good for the soul! I've had many a break-through with problems I've been struggling with after I've totally put my cards on the table. I know you just had a one-day slip but I do believe in confessing rather than hiding.

The farm is great. I mean it's winter so it's cold and intermittently icy and muddy, but no bugs are biting us and no therapy program running right now so it's just the horse care and feeding, which is my favorite part of it all. The three bunnies got promoted to spending the winter in the manager's office. They are living the life in the warmth and they have a huge German Shepard keeping them company. The manager says the Shepard spends more time in the office now so it must be the bunnies.

All the horses and goats wear a light coat each night so those need to be put on. The horses kind of all stand there looking at you as if to say, "Isn't it time to come in yet?" They just stand and stare. They might follow you as you move around their area, but they want to go inside where it's warm.

It's hard for them in the winter when there's a lot of snow and ice because they can't be exercised the way they need to be. The best we can do is walk them up through the field and for me, that saps all my energy. We walked the three minis the other day and I had the donkey. He was the slowest of the three the first part of the walk and when we hit a gentle incline, he got a boost of energy. He was towing me up the hill which I think was God's doing.

I just couldn't be happier that they hired me. It was what I had hoped would happen right from the first. I thought they'd see my enthusiasm and my hard work and how I am with the animals and the people and I would work my way in! Lo and behold, one year later, my dream has come true. It's the only thing I care to do for the rest of my life. I've found my passion. It took me 49 years but I found it. There is WAY more to life than money. DO WHAT YOU LOVE. Then it will never be hard to get up and go to work. You shine when you're in your element!

Now I just have to keep getting this weight off, never let it come back on again and keep active. I see myself riding this summer and taking lessons again. Then I can begin schooling the horses while mounted rather than just doing ground work. The sky's the limit!

I wish everyone could feel the way I'm feeling right now. I truly do.

Thanks for the welcome
we were not sure where to post for sure in this forum. or if we even belonged in this thread?
why exactly do you call it what you do. I guess to most strict protocol users we would be considered rogue because we mix our veggies, eat broccoli, zucchine, cauliflower, and some walden products. are we still allowed? lol

If you're not strict protocol you're rogue. And when you're rogue there are no rules, just ideas, sharing and fun. Hard to beat

OMG how funny, I went searching for another forum that I could join because of the nastiness of the last and who do I find? Dinalyn hello!

Can I join? I am way rogue but it works for me. I didn't feel support, only criticism and would love to continue my journey with happy people. I don't expect anyone to tell me what I am doing is right, just not judge me and tell me I am wrong. I promise not to be drama!

So many new joiners! YAYAYAY! Welcome!! If you are rogue you are in the right place! Some of us are much more rogue than others. That other board would really give me a tongue lashing if they knew what I all eat! LOL!
We are definitely a happy and friendly group, maybe it's the rogue-ness that makes us happy?
Another confession: I ate a cookie with almond butter on it. Whoops. I know I was waaaay under on calories today so I'm okay with it. Now I gotta break this sweet-snacking cycle. Mentally, I am there all day, not really hungry, but I feel as though I have a craving for different textures of foods. Like crunchy, creamy, etc. Let's hope tomorrow I get my act together! Maybe a FF is in order to make me snap out of it.
