Morning fellow roguers!

Thrilled to report that I've lost 3.2 #'s since starting on Monday!!
This is my third round. The first round I did 40 days, I think, then almost 20, but my mind set was not there. So two years later R3. Off to the showers, have a great day!

Oh that's awesome, Terri! Please give her a hug for me! So you are in the same age group yet never met when you were in close proximity back then? You'll have so much to talk about. Have the best time ever had over coffee!

Wannabe, Very nice!!! Feels good, doesn't it? I can't wait to start feeling good again.

Thank U Cheryl and Terri! I was a little nervous to weigh this am, as I was more rogue than usual and lost another 1.2 #'s!!!!

From experience some days are easier than other days. I had more hunger yesterday...

Check back when I get home from work.

Down 0.8 lbs today, so 19.7 as of Day 43. I plan to continue P2 till next Wednesday and then evaluate. I would love to lose another 7 before transitioning to E and P3, so I *may* extend the round a bit more to achieve that.

I actually had 2 Grande Americanos at Starbucks yesterday, both with HWC (more than the 1 tablespoon I allow myself at home - in fact, probably 2 - 3X as much) AND I had 1 Tbsp of TJ's reduced fat cilantro salad dressing, so more fat overall than normal for me for P2. Interesting how weight loss goes....

As I sit here having my lunch... I remembered another thing about yesterday that was a bit different. Since I didn't feel too good and desperately wanted a nap, I stopped off on the way home and bought a roasted turkey breast at Safeway for dinner. I ended up eating about 100 grams of that *with* the skin plus a couple of small tomatoes as my dinner. So that was more "extra" fat in my day.

Having turkey for lunch today too, along with a slaw of cabbage and red pepper, plus a Tbsp of the same TJ's dressing as yesterday. It's amazing how much tastier salads are with a little salad dressing on them.

Cheryl, FWIW, I prefer Jeannie

Okay. I'll try to remember. Wow! Way to drop almost a lb after all that rogue food. Perhaps your body took it as a bit of a "refeed."

Oh, wow. I love that picture! You both look amazing. How great it must have been to finally meet each other. Marie just looks timeless. What a testament to living right and doing what you know you should do each and every day. I wish I were such a grown up. Maybe this year!

Now let's kick some butt, ladies! I took my first dose of the old pellets at 9 pm tonight. The load has begun. I will start P2 either Saturday or Sunday. I'll just see how I feel. I'm so ready to get real.

Can someone please steer me to where I can find the allowed foods on OWL? Are eggs allowed? I've basically been doing my own version, but probably need to follow a protocol. So how rogue are y'all? Do you mind sharing a typical days menu?? Thanks so much!

Hi Sandy,
Try goggling Carter Abbott med spa or Owl Hcg diet. I was only able to find the jest of it today, but I’ve down loaded details and have copies at home. If you can’t find anything PM me your email and I’ll send you what I have.

Yeah a quick google search should bring up the diet. If I remember I know you are allowed up to 4 c. of veggies a day and you can mix them. He also allows 100 cal. popcorn and sugarfree things like jam. Not sure how many eggs he allows but the original P&I protocol allowed eggs as well.

There are some of us who are very very rogue and others who only tweak a bit. I've strayed pretty far from the original protocol. I gave it a fresh go this week and started off with a meat and egg fast. Now I'm just doing a lower cal version of Atkins (or P3-light I could say as well). Pretty much anything low carb goes for me.

So excited!

Hey ladies.... I have been peaking through the posts so decided to join in. I'm loving all these post they are so extremely helpful. I've been on the homeopathic hcg for about 2 weeks I've lost about 10 ponds so far.. I've really don't follow exactly the 500 calorie plan . I just watch what I eat. Lean meats, all vegetables, a little cream in my coffee, little to no sugar, diet Dr. Pepper, non fat Greek yogurt is all in my diet . I also use a calorie tracker. I have about 15 more pounds I want to lose so I may have to do 2 rounds. I'm a shorty 4"10 beginning weight Jan 2 155 this am weight 139. I also have to learn to not be so obcess with the scale. I look forward to chatting with y'all! many Blessings--

Good, I am glad you have a plan. It is good that the hcg gives you appetite control, but we don't want you in the ER anymore Be careful now, you hear???!!!

Hi everyone! Well I am at a stall, I quess. No weight loss in two days!
But I did drink two glasses of wine last night.

I hope to get back on track today. Just not into this as I was two years ago. Might just be my depression?

I think I need a kick in the pants!!!!

It's fine, all things considered. I have been getting in this habit of going off the hcg on the weekends, not sure why but when I'm at home I don't think about it whereas during the week I take the hcg to work so I dunno...I haven't weighed at all and don't plan to. Back to protein and hcg this week. I know my losses will be slow but I'm ok with it. So I'm kinda doing hcg like No-S. haha.

Terri, I'm sorry to read you are reassessing. I hope you find your second wind and can get back on-board.

Today is P2VLCD1 (see daily note in siggy from now on.) I weighed but I'm not posting it right now. I feel HORRIBLE. I will try not to weigh daily, even in the very beginning. I want to let how I feel and how my clothes fit me be my guide as to how I'm doing. I get so caught up on the numbers and when they don't move, I get very discouraged. So this is the plan. I hope I can stick to that. and just go by how I feel.

Just ate breakfast/lunch which was one oz of cheddar cheese, then took all my vitamins. About to sip on my first cup of coffee with 1 oz half and half. Yep; I'm doing this similar to Atkins. We shall see how it goes. I never did understand the need to keep the diet VLC and also extremely low in fat. The body fat will be released and used for fuel whether our 500 or so calories come from fat/protein or protein/carbs.

So, that's my approach. I hope it doesn't turn around and bite me in the tushy.

Got the farm again today. Marathon week! And it's in the 20 degree range with wind gusts in the 30 mph range. The farm is at the very top of a large hill (CT calls them mountains.) The temps will drop into the single digits tonight so I hope the horses are all wearing their heavy sheets. Otherwise I'll have to remove their medium weight sheets and apply the heavy ones for their over-night.

I just want to hide when the weather is so unfriendly. I'm sure the horses are going to want to come in early and I won't stand in their way. I just won't be passing out their dinner hay until dinner time. Every day is something different and you have to adjust how you do your job by the weather conditions. The manager tells me how she wants things done that night but I'm getting a good feel for what she wants and expects depending on how the weather is.

Have a good day, everyone. Please pray that I can keep my energy level up on this low calorie diet plan. I need to stay strong and full of life to keep up with the physical demands of my farm job.

185.7 lbs today... yay!! I slipped up a little yesterday and ate the cheese that came in my salad and some of the FF dressing, but then I slammed the water all day and so only ended up gaining .1 lb from the day before. Phew!!
