Thank you. I'm going to take you alls advice and start counting calories. Not without much kicking and screaming Loved Doc. Barry and Doc Atkins because their diet plans just said eat fats and proteins and you're good to go. No counting anything but the carbs. But if HCG refuses to put up with my over counting calories, I'll just have to count those blasted things so I can get out of HCG time out and go play again.![]() |

I use a tracker. Never thought I'd be the type to know how many calories/fat/protein/carb I had everyday but it's so darn easy and really helpful, especially doing Fat Fast. Sometimes just keeping me honest

Sooo... how rogue is everyone?
I use a little HWC in coffee (can't stand it without) or a tsp of cocoa powder+tsp of CoffeeMate Light... I mix veggies all the time, and I add in veggies not on the original protocol like mushrooms, zucchini, red pepper, brussels sprouts. I also use PAM on my pans sometimes. Oh, and I added blueberries to the list of fruits because nice strawberries are very hard to find here in Canada at this time of year. What other stuff do people do? |

Well first day after the load days. Still no hunger. Took drops and Ate about 1 scrabbled egg with a little cheese & one turkey sausage link. Just did the drops again and waiting to drink some water and a coffee. Don't know if ill eat anything for lunch, may wait till dinner. Still no good at counting calories. Found some hcg iPhone apps but they cost right at 10 and 13 buck and don't know if they are worth the money. You know how apps are! All the other free apps wouldn't allow me to set up 500 calories. I'm like come on app creators I'm 4'8" and weigh 153 , 500 calories is not starvation for me. Ugh hope everyone is doing well and dropping the pounds!

Terri ,
Awesome idea!! Never thought if using my Atkins app!! Thank you!! Praying I see some change by tomorrow. How long does it usually take before you see some weight loss on HCG? |

Good Morning!
Hope you all dont mind another addition here! I had every intention of being POP but my imagination got the best of me, and I decided to try a few days of juicing and maybe blending on my protocol. Im using a juice recipe from the thread juicing on hcg. It is a combo of kale, cucumber, lemon, and apple. I love green juice, tastes great and is super easy to make! If i throw in a smoothie i will use greens, sunwarrior protein powder, and a frozen clementine or stawberries. I always found that i would go off plan the first few days and I am thinking it was because i was still eating - with juicing/blending my appetite drops really fast and I am not tempted to "have another bite" that being said...I am only on vlcd2! I juiced yesterday and feel wonderful today. Had a good workout this morning and weigh in #1 was a -5.3 pound loss! 2/4/13 load 152.3 2/5/13 vlcd1 153.4 2/6/13 vlcd2 148.1 btw...Jeanyy GREAT JOBB!!! Did you try Omni? I saw that in your info. I had tried them during the summer but can't afford the price tag Are you still using it? I'm snooping in here as I still believe there is a way to do this rogue style and keep the scale going without feeling deprived! I have the pellets.....and lots to lose! |

Hi All
![]() I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak! Not that I really left ![]() Started taking pellets last night. I have decided to no longer use the term "load". I am starting my HCG WOE tomorrow. This time I'm going to try Meat and Egg Fast around 600-800 calories. Last month I did Fat Fast, lost great the first week and then stalled out. 7.4# in seven days. I had a weekend carb fest, gained 5 of it back but now I'm back down to 1.1 above LDW. |

Toying around with doing another rougue round. My last attempt was a complete and utter fail. I'm starting a new job Monday and I figure since I had to pack basically all my meals it's a good time to give it a go again. I say I have to pack my meals because I used to be able to come home for lunch but no longer. I will have to pack at least two meals plus a snack, depending on what time I can get going in the morning. Anyway, same rogueness as usual. I may try to kick it off with protein/egg fast like Terri.

Ok I'm not doing so well. I can't seem to get the swing of counting calories after being on a high fat / med proteins / low carb. I did well yesterday but today we had to go to Mountain pie and cake to taste test for my daughters wedding and I said I'll just let my hubby do the tasting . Well the lady puts plates in front of us both and I'm thinking now what offend her or just mess my whole diet up. Needless to say I chose not to offend her. So question is I just started this on Sunday and have only had Tuesday and Wednesday actual on days, so do I do the apple day or just get back on board tomorrow???

I would just get back on board. You may not have messed up as much as you think you did. I would have definitely tasted the cake too.
And Terri thank you! Today was my last day of work where I have worked since I was 15 (15 years ago!) and it was quite sad. On to bigger and better things so the feelings are bittersweet.Last edited by RileyWorm; 02-07-2013 at 07:29 PM.. |

That's toughie!
I remember when I left my first big job, more years ago then I want to think about. I remember walking through the halls knowing I'd never see them again. It's a feeling I'll never forget. May your new path be just as rewarding as your last ![]() |

Wow, good for you, Cindy! That sounds like my last P3... I hope it goes the same way for me when I get there this time
Down .1 lbs today; I was a bit "stopped up" but of course, after I weighed in, I got some relief. I'm hoping for the losses to speed up a little over the weekend, since I'll be able to sleep in!! |
