Working out
I know that this is not a part of protocol, but has anyone done hhcg and started working out at the same time? did your losses slow down?

I worked out on my first 2 rounds of HCG (had a trainer) - and I was pleased with my losses - I don't know what they would have been if I hadn't worked out, but they were about the same on later rounds when I slacked off of working out (my trainer moved, and I liked saving that $$ - so I didn't find another one) - I plan on doing the elliptical machine on this round.

My first 2 rounds I did my exercise bike and was fine..nothing too strenuous. Last round I tried and I felt dizzy and sick so I didn't work out until P3. This round going to wait for the first week to be over and will try to do my bike 30 min a day. My losses were the same for all 3 rounds in P2 so not a difference really. But I never did weights in P2. I did notice if I work out too much or too soon in P3 I go up a bit but after I am stable working out is great in P3/P4 for me.
