I maintain fine with JUDDD. I just don't do low enough calories without hcg very well with my adrenals so I doubt I could lose to goal with it at this point. Maybe later I could but I am still working on balancing everything out hormonally.

Yea, that's why I'm not going to do JUDDD until I get closer to goal. The losses are very slow so I'd rather try it when I don't have much to go.
My daughter does JUDDD but when she started she was only 15 lbs over her goal weight. She lost it at about a lb a week and is now a couple of lbs under her goal so she only does two DD's a week. When I tried JUDDD once, I gained like crazy so I came off of that plan and didn't give it a chance to see if it would start working for me. I also didn't eat enough so I was most likely in starvation mode. When I get closer to goal, I'm going to stick with it at least two weeks to see how it will work for me. |

Hey does anyone know if you can have Erythritol on P3? This is the description it gives:
Erythritol, a polyol (sugar alcohol), is currently used as a bulk sweetener in reduced calorie foods. It occurs naturally in fruits such as pears, melons and grapes, as well as foods such as mushrooms and fermentation-derived foods such as wine, soy sauce and cheese. |

![]() Just popping in to say hello!! So nice to see you all still doing so well!! Hi Berta, Marie, Angela, Jeanette, and all my buds! I took a break from the whole "diet" thing for a while. And spending too much time on LCFs and online in general, was a problem for me too. I need to find a better balance and have been working on prioritizing my dd's education ahead of my online socialization! I'm feeling more balanced now so I'm dipping my toe back in. We'll see. I hope to be able to pop in and keep in touch w.o. shirking my responsibilities. I've been eating whatever I feel like and the scale shows it! I have managed to get back into the gym this past week - which is a victory. But the eating has been bad!! I'll work out again tomorrow and Friday and hope that'll help get me back where I belong. Somewhere in the 140's is my goal. I'm starting JUDDD today. By the book, 500-600cal DDs and a LC version of it. I hope it'll be successful for me. The slow losses may be a bummer, but I expect 5lbs gone this week (ate WAY too much fun stuff this weekend while away in the snow!) I REALLY don't want to do another hcg round. I know it'll work, but I don't want to. Hopefully I'll be able to whittle back down without supreme sacrifice!! We'll see. I've got a fresh vial of pellets if I need it. I'll see where I am next week

Yes, Cindy, I have erythritol on P3. You just have to watch the possible tummy upset from too much of it. I use it and stevia alot together. |

jabbok, I use erythritol for phase 3 with no problems. No tummy problems either. I usually get tummy problems from xylitol and other sugar alcohols but not from erythritol. There's also a product called Lakanto (it's like brown sugar) and that works well too.

I am a peanut butter addict. It's a fact. I am going to try this Induction one more time....
At the top of my window this morning. YIKES 155.5 but I had gotten down to 151.0 Oh, I don't eat a little, I eat A LOT of the peanut butter, and pecans. Gotta hang in there. So good to see you again Julie and my other friends. Where's Berta? Haven't seen her in awhile. Sending hugs! |

we all say yes, but you may have issues with it. Try it and see how YOU do with it. I do well with all sweeteners (well I have not found one I have issues with yet) so I don't have to worry. But I know others do have issues with one or another. Let us know how your experiment goes ! |

I'm counting down the days until I can have any butter,LOL! On another thread Buttah just made my night! She said last injection day ( drops for me) +2 more days vlcd! That means only one extra day for me? If I take last drops January 31, when do I eat P3? February 2?

I'm jumping into the fray - mixed and will start loading tomorrow morning (Thurs). I am aiming for a short round, but may extend to around 30 days then right back to JUDDD P3. I am doing a high fat, very low carb load, no sugar, no starch. I do NOT want to gain much. I would like to get down a firm 10-12 pounds. We will see!

Shrinking you can do 48 hours...(if that helps).
Dawn, I think for me I have to lay off of that too! It's really not induction friendly and I had a gain. (sad face). C'Marie, I have thoughts of joining you. If/when I do another round I'm totally loading like that too. I am completely frustrated with Induction, but it's my own fault because I keep cheating. I'm not following it like I do hcg. What's wrong with me? I've heard once you do hcg it's hard to lose any other way. Over my window this morning at 156.5. Egg day (with a cup of salad/oil/vinegar at lunch). However, my thin little pony tail will help me make it another day. I still have one week to decide. My blood work is good until February 1st for hcg. Here's hoping for you ladies (and any lurking gents)...

Well, it finally happened: 1.2 gain.
![]() I did absolutely nothing differently so I know this is just my body doing its thing. I did miss a fruit last night b/c I had a late dinner but I've done that before without incident. No crazy additional salt...no cheats, everything weighed and measured. ![]() I was 160.4 yesterday and so excited about the possibility of being in the 150s today. I'm staying the course and will hope to see this spike up gone tomorrow. This is where I have to take control over my thoughts and just relax. What diet have I ever been on that has had this quick a weight loss without hunger and some kind of consequence?! This is working! This is where remembering all of your posts about your own experiences really helps! I refuse to panic. At least not today! ![]()

If you are on the homeopathic, like I do on my rounds, you wait 48 hours AFTER YOUR LAST DOSE. So if you do 3 doses on your last day at the regular times, you would wait 48 hours after THAT last dose. My last dose is usually at 8PM or so. That would make it 48 hours after that 8PM dose. |

![]() Everyone means well on these threads I am sure. But you have to do what works for YOU! Our bodies are all different and respond different to different foods. You have done amazingly well so far and I know you will continue to do so. You have my best wishes. KUTGW I am proud of you ![]() Also we need to remember this was written 50 some years ago byDr. S. and some foods were not even around then. So I believe if he were here today there would be more foods we would be allowed to have. Myself I have eaten green beans the entire time and it has never hurt me. It's when I get into the carbs and sugars ![]()

Hello Ladies!
I'm new to HCG. Today is my 2nd day of VLCD. Before starting I looked over a lot of your post. I'm very inspired by your success
. I have always been able to stay at a healthy weigh until my 3rd child. She had Colic for 7 months and I had PPDeppression that lasted for 2 years. We ended up losing our home and I lost my Father, Mother, Grandfather, and Cousin in the last few years. I ended up at a Naturopathic M.D. after many regular doctors said nothing was wrong with me except my Rhuematologist that told me I had Fibromyalgia. I had put on 30LBS. in 6 months. He diagnosed me with adrenal exhaustion and I'm finally feeling good!!! He told me about HCG and here I am! I'm excited to get my body back !!! |
