Sorry, I've been out of the loop...super busy! I'm down 4 pounds this week and back in the window. Atkins Induction has been GREAT as I haven't even been hungry at all. One more pound down and I'll be at my LIW.

That is great!! Actually that is better than I have done on P2!! I am down only 2 lbs this past week. But I am down an additional lb today, so I am back on the losing train The whoosh fairy DID visit me, thanks for her.

Finished my first full P2 week with a good, clean, no-cheats plan. Lost 5.6lbs.

Seems so puny when compared to what I need to lose (45lbs) but I will take it! Hardest part is turning down invitations from friends. It feels stressful, yet I know these are the situations (and feelings) I need to learn to manage.

FOOD does not control MEEEEE! I control IT. right?

I'm beginning to feel invisible on here

Tomorrow begins my first load day so HCG time again.This is my 4th round and I have only lost the same amount as I had on my first round, so two rounds a COMPLETE total waste. But it's a new year, a new day so I have another chance to stick with protocol!

I hope we all have a very good weight loss this year!

I wish 45 lbs was all that I had to looseTry over 100 I had 40 lbs after round 2 but then came the Holidays and I went a bit crazy.Well alot crazy!Now I have to do it all over again.But I will do it!

Good to see ya!!!! Good luck on loading tomorrow. Have you figured out a plan yet?

Try not to beat yourself up too bad...just think...if you hadn't been on any rounds at all...you'd be at your high weight (or MORE!!!!)...that counts for something, right?

Yes you R right. I plan on sausage& eggs & bacon. cream cheese muffins, chicken & noodles, maybe some peanut butter & celery. Sunday we are going out for lunch as usual, so I don't know yet about that.
I will try to post at least a little every day.But I plan on working soon so my time may be a bit more scarce.I posted mostly about it on Dawns below.

I always think of this, too - well, not always - not when I'm beating myself up! but I was at an all-time high when I started and I was gaining at least 20 pounds a year so I would be possibly 60 pounds higher if I hadn't started hcg in 2010!

Berta, 100 pounds is so doable! You can if I can! Go US!

Good morning friends! I'm not weighing this weekend! It's very nerve wracking, but I need to do this! I'm staying POP (perfect on plan) but it's crazy to get up at 5:30 a.m. to weigh when I can sleep in! The weekend weight is always weird because I weigh a pound less at 9:30 than 5:30. I CAN DO THIS!

Hope you ladies are doing great on your programs! Sending the whoosh fairy to you this very morning!

I'm getting excited about starting P2 again soon! I am watching WLA videos and doing some research. Today I'm attempting a fat fast type of eating, 1100 calories tops. I need to get back into window before doing a complete fatty load. I am not going to add any sugar or carbs to my load if I can help it. I really need to be successful in getting to goal, although I don't know what GOAL really is at this point, it's kind of a number that means nothing to me right now, because I'm having trouble picturing it. But I am pushing onward. My mental health requires it! NO KIDDING!

C'Marie, you can do it! I like that you're researching and finding what works for you! Thanks Shrinking!!!

If I ever do another round (not feeling it right now) I would not load on sugar/heavy carbs, it liked to "kill" me last time. AND I gained 9 pounds in two days and I don't want to EVER, EVER, EVER do that again.

My Atkins Induction (2002 Version) is working right now. I'm being super strict like I would be if I were on hcg. I mean it's so hard to only have 3 Tablespoons of cream and 3 sweeteners a day, but I feel GREAT!

Yay! Nice that you will be joining us P2ers. This time I did a carb/sugar free load and gained nothing. I'm not losing as fast as first time either but I doubt the load has anything to do with it. I think it's because I lost a little after the round and then maintained between 1st and 2nd round so didn't have the "water" weight to lose again, maybe? I hope you do well!

The very first time I did hcg I actually lost 4 pounds loading. I ate everything possible including carbs and sugar. Every time has been very different since then! I once gained 9 pounds!!! I wish for the first time's weighloss this time even though I have given up wheat and almost all sugar for other reasons so I will load LC!!!! LOL

Well today was my first load day this round.I had more carbs but more fat than normal too.I feel so nasuous(spelling) when I eat all the fat (I can't figure it out) Then that makes it hard to eat anything!
I was up to 250 this morning I almost fell over Now here I have to eat more tomorrow. But thank God monday will be eating 500 cal a day! And hopefully on my way to getting this off.Does anyone else get the scoots on HCG? I have been running to the BR all night! Guess if it's burning fat it has to come out someway?

Berta--you are too funny LOL. I did well on plan this weekend. Just the pounds are not falling off. I sure wish they would!! It would make it so much better to be so restrictive. But alas, I will soldier on. I am down to 126!! And some jeans that fit comfy and cozy last week look just horribly too big on me today. That is something to be grateful for.

Well did you get a gander at my weight today?!!!! OH MY I am so upset with myself.I just sabatoged my entire rnd 2&3 all over some stupid food at hoiliday time.So NOT worth it!!! But at the time I didn't care. I wanted to eat it rather than stick with plan so.... we always reap what we sow.

Today is 1st day of VLC day so I am going for at least a 30 day rnd.We will see. I was taking my dose this a.m. and spilled a bit so don't know how long this vial will last but I have more awaiting me!! I normally use two vials for one round.

I thought this thread would be going bonkers by now, but it sure seems slow.

Hope everyone has a great week and we ALL get a visit from that whoosh fairy!!!


Dawn that is awesome.We tend to forget this is Pounds & inches!!!! so if the inches are coming off, that too is a very good thing!!!

Lunch...
3.5oz shrimp
about 1 cup lettuce with Walden Farms rasberry Vinegrette dressing
1 orange.
Cup of tea
Cup of Coffee
BIG glass of water.

Supper
will be....
3.5oz of steak
1 cup cabbage
1cup of strawberries
More tea and water.

What do you guys think about using ICBINB Spray? Zero Cal, fat,carbs, etc. Just like the WF items?

Howdy, everyone! I am in cruising mode, waiting for my body to settle down after losing gains from holiday and getting somewhat stable I hope before loading. I'm thinking another week to 10 days, still am 1.4 above window. We'll see. Maybe I'll get antsy and just go for it.

Berta, I know that you will do great this round. Shake the dust of the past off your feet and move on! You got this!

Howdy, everyone! I am in cruising mode, waiting for my body to settle down after losing gains from holiday and getting somewhat stable I hope before loading. I'm thinking another week to 10 days, still am 1.4 above window. We'll see. Maybe I'll get antsy and just go for it.

Berta, I use pan spray, so I'm sure are about the same.

HIYA ladies!

I didn't weigh over the weekend, and it was very hard for me mentally. But I am pleased to report that I'm at a new low today 153.0! I lost all the weight I gained and a half a pound to boot.

I'm continuing on my Atkins Induction journey, and we'll see where it takes me.
