Morning all ! I'm on R5P2D11 & down to 124.8 !! Getting very close to goal weight
Thought I'd post it here & get some feedback from you experienced gals. I was wondering since I have 10 days more to go before I end this round & only 4.8 from goal if I hit goal weight before 3/31 should I up my calories to slow the losses ? I wouldn't mind ending at 118 so I have 2lbs of wiggle room to stabilize at but nothing less than that. Also this is a "BIG" maybe because at 124 I am looking really really thin so 118 might be pushing it. I need to be realistic & even though I am 5'4 I have a small frame & today my size 4 pants were a little loose I walked by a mirror & went "whoa" I'm not counting calories so I was thinking when I get to whatever # I decide is goal for this round of just adding for ex. egg whites for breakfast & extra protein at lunch/dinner. Sticking to same veggie/fruit/wasa bread that I've been doing so far. Anyone have any suggestions ? |

I would go at the same speed Pandora, if you do get below 120 that will be perfect that way you could stablize at 120, not above it.

Here are my $0.02. Take it for what it is worth. When I was in bootcamp (which I paid for!), Biz suggested to those that had lost all they wanted to before the 21 days were up, to make up the difference in calories as fat! I did that at the end of my rounds, per her suggestion, and didn't gain when doing so. And the extra fat was mighty tasty
I was enjoying salads---real salads with real dressing (Mayo mixed with mustard and dash of cayenne pepper and a bit of Spenda---so yummy!!!)---while on P2!!! It was fabulous. But you can try it with extra protein and see how you do. Let us know what you end up doing.

Let's see. First I'll get to goal weight & then knowing me & big chicken that I am I'll add protein first & see what happens. If I still keep losing then I'll add some fat or fattier meats & see what happens... |

Well, checking in - my very first day of P3 last week I gained exactly 2.0 pounds. Since then I've been in .2 of that. I am eating extreme low carb to keep it that way at this point, I haven't gone to JUDDDing or ran back to hcg just yet. Still deciding. I've been having terrible tension headaches from my work stress and the extra food is nice and the extra fat yummy. As long as I don't start going up I may stay doing just this for awhile and get through the work stress. Who knows. I probably will change my mind again tomorrow!
@Berta, glad to see your losses!

I think you should just keep doing what you are doing. You are not counting calories at this time, correct? So when you say that you will up your calories, you mean your food intake? Do what you feel you need to do when you get there and you'll be fine. If you are hungry, then eat more P2. I've noticed you do best when you go at your own speed.

on the stress! Hope it passes soon (Apr 15 is less than a month away ). Glad you're stable at least. That's a goal for me this round!Pandora-you're amazing. You are certainly doing something right! I'm on VLCD15 today. I weighed in at 153 yesterday, but TOM arrived (a week and a half early!!) So, although I'm not down as far as I'd hoped, I guess it's not that bad. I'll weigh again on Mon and see where I am. Trying to predict weight is challenging. I'm not miserable in P2 this time, but I am keeping my hnh in my coffee which is a real lifesave for me! I know that's rogue, but I'm calling that my breadstick .Hope the rest of you are all well!

Jumped up a pound over night, but I'm feeling pretty hormonal, like PMS symptoms on the way, so I'm not too worried, been feeling hungrier, but it's not physical, just hormones. This is the level of calories I've been eating for a long time... just having more protein and carbs than I normally would, which is keeping my weight level I think.

Argh, slept only 5-6 hrs last night, up 2 hrs too early, and PMS-y and hormonal equals up another lb of "fake weight" and wanting to eat, albeit low carb, constantly all day. I still won't go over 2000 cals for the day, since I normally hover around 1400, but it's still annoying! Wish I was loading this week instead of next lol.

Good morning everyone...dropping by to say a quick hello!
I started off last Monday at 152.5 and by Thursday I was 159.0 ~ seriously, I can gain so fast. I'm 154.5 this morning, but I'm learning I can't go by my old way of thinking which was if I binge, I must fast. That NEVER worked, and I just fasted for a bit then binged from being so ravenous. Now I'm learning that if I binge, just go back to normal low carb eating. I have to stop the old way of thinking! It takes a lot of effort too! Well, I hope you all have a blessed Palm Sunday. I'm excited about making little donkey puppets in Sunday School this morning. It will be fun. Here's hoping the whoosh fairy visits you all!

Down .8 lbs today, to 181.1... However, I did sleep in until NOON, so that could be some of it. I had about 1850 calories yesterday.

I did a maintenance-level JUDDD down day between 800-900 cals yesterday and dropped nicely in my window - in fact just under LIW. I didn't really intend to, I just wasn't hungry and went with it. So begins JUDDD P3-style. I did a near-perfect UD today, actually about 150 cals low, but I did fine. I already have my food ready for tomorrow. Entering the last 3 weeks of tax season and on the run again. I'm just taking every day as it comes and seeing how I feel. I have to feel nourished enough to work long hours and I have to have decent sleep. So wish me luck. Hopefully I'll have time to check in here and there. (((HUGS))) to all of you!

Starting my last week of P2 and just in the nick of time since I feel like my batteries are finally running out. Woke up to a nice loss -1.2 to 123.0 but that was after I took some tea which was a recommendation from this lady at Pubix that saw me buying Smooth Move. It's Badia Natural Herbs Tea & while it tasted delcious I spent the ENTIRE night in the bathroom. Never again..
![]() Since I loaded for 2 1/2 days with the hHCG calling it a round on Sat 3/30 vs Sun 3/31 & should be in P3 by lunch on Mon 4/1.. Yesterday I was very very emotional & tired and today the same. With all my crazy loading weight gain I've lost 23.6 lbs & down 7 lbs from when I started at 130. Right now any losses are icing on the cake so I just want to stabilize in P3/P4. I notice when I get to 20 + lbs I start to get this run down feeling which is going to make it a very long week for me.. |

Thank you ! It was a very low key b-day & as my husband & son noted I definitely need a do over which I told them when I get to P3 we'll celebrate with lots of protein & cheese & a mug cake
But I am over this round & it just came on over night. Literaly I dragged myself out of bed & into work. I have cramps & not sure if from that drasted tea from yesterday or tom but I feel like a wet rag. I know it's not 100 % accurate but my fat percentage on my scale is around 18 % when I was 20 to 21 % before I started this round. That is pretty lean for my height. I am very happy with this weight 123 & realize at 120 is the lowest I can go since I am looking rather gaunt & my arms are looking like a praying mantis I need Sat to come & get here already so I can start P3 ![]() |

WTG!! ![]() Hope you're all doing well. It's such a lifelong battle! Jeanette-hang in there. You're learning and figuring all of this out. You'll get there. Dawn-how're you doing? Marie-JUDDD works well for you! Keep it up! I'm on VLCD18 today and dropped a lb overnight! Finally! Been stalled a few days now. so I'll stick w. P2 through next week. I'll be a bit off plan on Sunday, but not planning to go nuts. Should be good as I tend to be an all or nothing kind of eater, so "nothing" it'll be. I'm going camping next weekend and can't really follow P2 while doing that (especially as we'll be there with another family). So, no matter what the scale says, I'll be in P3 by Friday night. That gives me until Wed to make my LDW 148 (or lower). Hear that body? You've got a little over a week to comply. . |

Do good Julie!
Sorry I have been MIA, so much going on. Still above LIW at 158.0 this morning, but I've been 48 hours without peanut butter. Hope you all are doing good. Seriously thinking of doing a round and going to the doctor in April. My hair is just getting healthy, though, so I'm really torn! I may give JUDDD another try. Hugs all and whoosh fairy wishes! |

I'm still in my window, actually just below LIW. My body really must like to calorie rotate for maintenance. Don't know if I can lose like that, but to maintain it's really slick. I am still following P3 rules though, until 3 weeks is up. THEN I'm going to have some popcorn! LOL..... I know, bad corn
Jeanette, no PNB? ACK! LOL. I can't help overindulging on nuts when I have any, also. It helps that with JUDDD, I have to COUNT EVERYTHING. You know those Quest bars? They are really good. Get some from netrition The chocolate brownie ones and the cinnamon role ones, if you micro then for 20 seconds, FABULOUS. Just sayin... |

Jeanette- sorry you're up. Good job on the PB. I get into trouble w it too. Hope you can lose w.o.another round. Although, it's not too bad now that I'm almost done my round .I'm finally back into the 140's. barely, but there! I'm going to go a bit longer, shooting for 148. Should be there soon. |

C'Marie, I like the quest bars, but prefer the Aldi brand ones, and I got a good deal on them recently. I caved and had a couple of scoops of PB just now. It's ridiculous that I can EASILY eat half a cup.
Julie, I was at 159.0 this morning and I was GOOD yesterday. I was good today until the PB mishap. The PB just jumped into my mouth repeatedly. M.O.M. I know C'Marie will chime in but she has definitely done a potato hack. Haven't "chatted" with Berta and Dawn for awhile now, I've been too long in being away from LCF. So big hello to you ladies. I will try clean eating tomorrow too! Then Sunday, I'm going to enjoy Easter lunch with my mom and stepdad. My daughter is coming too! So excited... I will think about another round over Spring Break. I have to get mentally prepared. If I'm not back in my window I won't do it. I've got next week to get back into the window. I haven't done a correction day in forever, but I mostly eat low carb. I really need to try to give JUDDD another shot. C'Marie what calories are you using? I like the discipline of JUDDD and it's sort of like hcg only every other day. Hugs to you all! |

MOM-Shelby has done one (maybe 2?) and has had good success w. them. She thinks it's made her less sensitive to carbs now (I think that's what she's concluded. She posted somewhere her summary.) I hope you're doing well!
Jeanette- Nice to hear from you. Hope you had a lovely Resurrection Sunday with your family!! I'm just wrapping up a round and have not been able to get back to my LDW from last round. I have found my gains to be more permanent these days. I used to be able to drop weight more easily, especially new gains, but now? I seem to stick like glue ![]() I'm wrapping up this round. I bumped up 1.2lbs after Easter dinner. I wasn't even that "bad". Back to 149.8 today, VLCD25, so I'm calling it. I have a little over 6 weeks until I leave for Hawaii and want to be nice and stable by then. If I can stick around 150 I'll be content and happy w. that. Now the real work begins! I'm leaving for a weekend camping trip Friday. We'll be cooking over the fire, so hot dog Fri night and either chicken, burger or steak on Sat. No scale, but I should be ok if I make good choices. Another year w. no s'mores for me!! . |

Once I get back in my window I'm definitely going to do a potato hack. Lately I've been craving sugar vs carbs.
I tried Pillsbury sf cake. Never again for me. My stomach is a mess! Yes it tastes good, but not worth the discomfort. Good job Julie |
