Realistically I am much more accepting of the saggy skin around my butt & thighs than I was a few months ago.But I really want to feel more comfortable in my size 4 pants & since all the styles now are low in the waist I "HATE "that roll that pops up. So if I can get that under control I will be a happy girl but if I try next round but still stabilize at the high end of 120's then I know I tried at least and just learn to deal with it I guess ![]() |

Thanks for welcoming me back. I missed everyone. I was working with a coach and I still wasn't doing well. I messed up today on my vlcd day. I think I will have to jump on the band wagon better. tomorrow I mix another batch of hcg injections and I might up the dose some from 125 to 150 and see where that goes. I know it works if I work it. I am so tired this afternoon. Hubby doesn't sleep well. I went to bed feeling ill last night and at 3am after going to bed at 11:30, he asked me if I was feeling alright. He wakes me way to frequently. What can you do, except learn to live with it. Yes I must agree the ladies on here are quite amazingly welcoming and friendly!! The best bunch I've me by far. Hugs all around. Adeline

Adeline--are you still working with biz? Got her newsletter yesterday. interesting about the starch component. I am including it this round. Haven't before today, well haphazardly I have. But now I will!
adeline--sometimes you just have to suck it up and be miserable for a bit before you get your grove. You have to push through everything you WANT and do what you HAVE to do. I am not happy happy joy with my round thus far. I want chocolate and want it bad. I even have some staring me in the face. But I do want to see the scale go down MORE than I want the chocolate. I am so done and beyond over P2 that I don't want to do this again. I have given up sugar for Lent (not even Catholic so not even sure what that means LOL) but this time I have done without even so much as a taste of it. I am shocked myself. So this time I have "got it". Sometimes you just have to have a pity party and decide you are going to do it for you!! Good luck hon!!!

But I'm glad I bit the bullet & did the CD. I was being stubborn & realized clean eating wasn't going to do it. Also made me realize CD was not so bad specially if we get to eat 3 meals a day like the GY or egg day/bacon day etc. I don't think I could do a steak day again unless it was a weekend & I could sleep through breakfast & wake up at 11 am ![]() |

Hiya girls! Miss y'all. JUDDD ended up not being the choice for me (Berta, I lost at first too). I think the hcg "weigh daily" is too strongly ingrained in the brain! I've gained and lost this week, so today I'm .5 below LIW.
I am starting the FF on Monday. I may end up doing another hcg round, if this doesn't work. Love seeing your progress ladies, and big hugs to my old friends! Hope to pop in more this week, as I have a week off before my next (and may I say joyfully LAST) semester! Have a great Saturday night!

However, if they want to keep striving for better, then that is their prerogative. As part of my journey, I'm finishing up a round of P2 myself in the next few days. Yay I took a picture of myself yesterday and compared it to myself a month ago AND myself at the end of my very first round in June 2012. Holy cats. Let's just say I'm 10 pounds heavier now than June, but I look thinner! Crazy stuff!! Maybe I will be brave and post it sometime.Back to my cave. ![]()

Basically, my first week or so of P3, I double my protein and veggies, add in different proteins, veggies and fruit (but keep to 2 fruits), and add in healthy fats like butter, coconut oil and olive oil. Oh, and cream for my coffee..

Yep, Jeanyyy is right. Exactly the way to do P3 by the book
ME - ok, I stumbled this week. After going back to dosing on Monday, by Thursday I got some bad news and drank a glass of wine, had 3 pieces (small ones) of dark chocolate, and that on top of having too many calories of protein (protocol, though-as if that helps!) so I haven't weighed for two days. There were tears involved in the bad news and issues but I am oh.so.over.it now. Moving on. I suspect weight will be ok by tomorrow. I haven't been sleeping. Maybe 3 hours a night for a week. Last night I was able to sleep (thanks again, Shelby!) until the dang dog woke me up, but I got 6 hours instead of 3. I am hoping for another 6 or more tonight. Hope, hope, hope. It is getting really tough to keep my chin up due to life's circumstances, but I'll be danged if I'm going to really go off the rails and gain weight. Not happening. I'll mix wine with glucomanan if I have to! LOL That's it! WINE PUDDING! ha ha ha ha! Berta, OF COURSE you keep checking in here. Where else can we find each other

Well up +1.6 today, still in my window but not happy to see 129.4 when I was 127.8 yesterday but specially not happy when the only new thing I added was a low carb bagel yesterday for breakfast. Oh well..today is another day. Just sticking to my planned menu but skipping the low carb bagel and will try it again next weekend.
Hope if I eat clean today I will see the scale go down a bit. I just don't like to be so close to 130 kwim ? I like being in the 127/128 range I know it's silly but it is what it is. It's also bothersome to go up when you haven't cheated or that I'm past the 3 weeks of P4 for God's sake. I turn down a slice of the homemade pizza I made for my family & choose better alternatives & still go up OK my vent is over. I need to get used to it & deal like my son says all the time.Happy Sunday ladies ![]() |

Hey girl heeeeyyy!
I just took my last dose of hCG for this round so I'm doing pretty well, lol. If I was going by scale weight alone I'd probably be super depressed since I'm still about 10 lbs from my lowest weight. BUT. I have looked at pictures of myself and actually look way better now than I did at the end of my first round in June..despite a 10 lb difference. Go figure. ![]() My plan is to super-nourish my body throughout this P3 and get my reshape on! How have you been?! Did you do Atkins? I heard something about Nanaimo bars the other day and thought of you. ![]() |

![]() ![]() Nanaimo bars! hahahahahah I'm literally laughing out loud! Man, I love those things. I actually haven't had one since like November. I got really sick (pneumonia and then EBV) and I got onto a muffin phase. I did Atkins for a while but got too loosey goosey with it. I needed another strict round of hcg to kick my butt back into shape. My birthday is coming up and I would like to be at 155!I'm so jealous that you're in sunny LA right now. We're literally having Smowmageddon here. Roads are closed, businesses are closed (except for me lol), airports are closed. It's mayhem! You'd think we'd be used to it as Canadians, but we still freak out. ![]()

My face does the same, and I also break out. Boo.I ran out of my Walden Farms dressing like a week ago so one night I put salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, aminos, ACV, and a few drops of stevia on my spinach. And then I became addicted to it. ![]() I have a confession: I couldn't help myself for some reason and binged on apples. Haha. Who does that?! I ate my apple with my lunch..and then ate three more apples! I couldn't stop, even after chugging water and hot cocoa! I'm gonna try and skip dinner and we'll see what happens? I've been hungrier these past few days. Just cracks me up Day 30, my last dose day, and my body is obviously like HELLO, ARE WE DONE YET?? |

). I stabilized really well my first P3, in which I avoided nuts, yogurt, and alcohol because I went through a clinic and those were the rules. I was depressed about not getting those things initially, and I didn't get to make any cool almond flour goodies, but the one time I had to do a steak day was after a party where I ate too much taco dip that had tons of cream cheese in it. I really did eat a lot of it, so it was somewhat earned lol. My second P3, I was into a jar of almond butter right at the start, which didn't do me any favors! Not saying that I can't stabilize if I eat nuts, but I AM saying that I can easily put away 1000 cals of nuts or nut butter in one blink, so maybe it works better for me to have that rule in place. But I won't fret if there are a few in a salad or something. I can tell I'm excited for P3 because I just bought a TON of produce. You'd think I was vegan. ![]() |

Hi ya'll
![]() Happy Monday morning everyone!!! I hope everyone is doing well. I am doing great! Just got back from the Y, one Zumba class down & 15 min. elliptical...whew!!! This morning I was at 172.8...so 2.2 below goal/LDW...happy about that. I've been doing perfect LC...thought I'd be losing some honestly, not maintaining, but I do feel like I am gaining muscle. Overall, the gym in 2 months has raised me 4.4 lbs., but I kinda expected it...as I forced myself to get pretty low b'cuz I knew there would be some bounce-up ![]() I had to submit paperwork to TOPS this week. My support group made me enter the "greatest improvement" contest, and the "grace & beauty" contest The 1st one is okay, but I do not see me in the grace & beauty category These are the pics that my group took & will be the ones that are published in the TOPS magazine. I am not looking forward to doing this convention...bleh! I have to still find a white dress I do not look good in white. Come on, seriously, who does unless you're rail thin???![]() Anyway, hope everyone has a great week! I should be back around by Friday...SPRING BREAK IS NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I was a little *too* rogue yesterday with the yummy pork roast. I ate about 130 grams or so, including the fatty bits... It was good, but I bounced up 1.1 lbs today. Going to stick close to P2 protocol from now through Wednesday, which will be my last day on P2.
