The real thing--need some advice

Hello all, Well, I've made the decision that I need to go back on HCG now. I've messed around with "rogueing" (sp?), very low carb etc. and frankly, while it might work, it takes too long. I've kept my weight off for 2 years until this last May when I started hormone replacement therapy...gained 7 pounds, it won't go away. That might not sound like much, but I'm not that tall and it makes me go up a size in clothes. I stopped those hormones last week.

My questions: I started drops this morning, but have to travel in a week for 2 days. I've tried to fly with the drops, but it is such a hassle and I swear it leaks out of the bottle during the altitude changes. Should I do the drops on that Monday morning and resume Tuesday night when I get home? I plan to then interrupt again on that Friday for 2 days. I know it is very funky but I have to start now and don't want to wait for January. I will eat low carb, no sugar etc.

I really need some advice on how to do these interruptions.

Interruptions are supposed to be after you've had the minimum time in already. There is no directions for when it is too early. Can you get some pellets if it really is that you don't want to fly with drops? I would do that and not endanger the round. If you felt you should start it, then you should do everything in your power to stick with it, otherwise the round may be a bust. I'm sorry circumstances are not working out in your favor.

If you had done the minimum round (23 days) then you would stop the hcg for 48-72 hours (hhcg is 48 hours, rx hcg is 72 hours) BUT keep doing the very same VLCD 500 calorie diet while going off it. THEN you could do a day or two interruption, eat no starch, no sugar, and then go back on without re-loading. That's the directions as I best understand them. I've done interruptions a few times.

Hope that helps!
