Morning ! Up super early for me this Sat since I'm going to cut my hair and hit the mall So down again -.06 to get to 130.4 or +.04 over ldw on R3P4D4 !

Yesterday at my work lunch I had 3 chicken wings which were fried (no breading), churrasco steak 6 oz & a garden salad with oil/vinegar & a coconut water. Surprisingly the comments were at a minimum. What I am getting now is from my "friends" that have lost but not a substancial amount I am getting the "no offense but we're tired of all the compliments you keep getting" "you know we lost weight too" " you know you have to leave some fat on you ?" OK I lost 115 lbs & you lost 30 lbs there is a difference lol I just nod & move on with my day !!

For dinner I had about 6 oz of Cuban shredded pork and then a half cup of Greek yogurt Very very satisfying & eating till satisfied but not overly full. I did have a few Wasabi almonds last night.

Not really planning on specifically adding any P4 foods unless I have a craving or express desire. I wish I could keep eating like this & keep losing till I get to 125 & not have to do another round

Mornin all! Not sure where I'm at today, in the mountains and I don't have my scale up here. Had a nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, green/red peppers and TWO avocados! I probably won't have lunch until 4ish so I make sure breakfast is extra yummy.

Have a wonderful day ladies I'll be back later if I take a break at the coffeehouse.

Hi everyone!

I am at an unbelievable hotel in an amazing location for today and tomorrow, just took my first injection (2nd and hopefully final round) and began loading strictly no/low carb style (Atkins induction maybe, I'm not sure). Swiss cheese omelet, bacon, cream in my coffee. I plan on eating no fruit, bread or starches whatsoever (the potatoes on my breakfast plate looked yummy, but I kept thinking "successful and low gain load, successful and low gain load..")

Last time I focused on fats and protein, but I did end up having some carbs and sugar, albeit not much. This time, all I care about is the best possible round, hunger and otherwise. I remember reading about Privatediva's Atkin's style 3-day load where she actually lost 6 lbs during loading. I'd be happy just to stay the same and begin losing original weight when I start VLCD!

So HERE is my question: There's an amazing spa here. You know how massages are discouraged on protocol, per Simeons? Well, how about DURING loading? I was thinking it might help get the HCG flowing in my system. As well as my loading fats. I dunno. Anyone ever hear anything pro or con about massage during loading?

Buttah-I'd go for the massage. Just drink tons of water after . Enjoy!

I'm doing fine. Eating too much (darned cookies!!) and made steel cut oats in the crockpot yesterday. I just love them!! I'm finding a really strong link btw. carbs and my temps/thyroid. Not quite sure what it all means yet, but w. being sick and my diet, my body and temps are way off this past week. I feel and do better on higher carbs, but my weight is higher. Still working it out. If I could actually work-out I think it may straighten itself out. Feeling more human today, and cleaned the house yesterday, while baking and finishing hte tree and cleaning all the decor up!! Whew!! tired momma!

I'm typing w. a sleeping puppy on my lap. I'm going out for a Christmas party dinner tonight, but getting my favorite salad. Then we're off to play wallyball together. Such a fun night! Going to keep it light and LC and hope for the best. NO cookies today!

Dawn, congrats, you're doing so well this round!

Pandora, you should be able to get those few lbs off just by doing Atkins. I'm not sure why we don't lose on p3 because it is essentially Atkins, but I would bet that if you just keep eating low carb you will definitely get those 5 lbs off. If I was as close to goal as you are I would be doing JUDDD or Atkins and not worry about it.

Julie, just wanted to let you know, I love steel-cut oats too. They are too carby for me though, and I always seem to gain. I'm sure they must be more fibrous than the rolled kind. When I'm off protocol or on a PI I always go for the steel-cuts. Yummy.

Buttah, IMHO, I wouldn't worry about getting a massage until you start VLCD. I usually try to sneak one in during my loading days, because they're cheap where I live and I know I won't be able to get one for a long time. The only thing is, I feel so fat during my loading days (cuz I gain a ton) and I'd rather not feel that way when I get a massage.

I say, get one You are NOT on the VLCDs yet. That is when we have to be very careful with such things. Not when loading. When loading I load up on the oils, lotions and all the body products I know I will be missing once I hit the VLCDs.

I think I had about 2900 calories in my first load day yesterday, all of it protein and fat (with a few low carb veggies and some full fat GY), and I thought I was going to lose it all by the time I went to bed. I don't know how some of you take in more than that.

This morning (at 8:35 my time) I've only had cream in a couple mugs of coffee. The idea of eating anything just fills me with dread. Apart from hating that stuffed feeling, I think my attitude toward food has just been completely realigned since I began this journey last February.

Oh how I wish I was of those who enjoyed loading. No way I'll be able to do three days total. Wish me luck having a legitimate second load day.

R3P4D5 & STS so 130.4 & only +.04 over ldw. Pretty happy with this round and how I'm eating. I've added dairy back and now nuts. This week I did order from Netrition these Mama Lupe's low carb tortillas that are delicious and some low carb chili that I'm going to try out but will keep eating low carb/healthy fat until my next round.

We are going on vacation 12/31 through 1/5. I am going to essentially keep eating Atkins & the last 2 days splurge on a whatever I am craving at a meal or two. The thing is I would like to drink. But everytime I've drank before I've gained a ton but then I was also eating lots of carbs/desserts. SO I was wondering if I drank but ate low carb/high fat maybe I won't gain as much

I also don't like hard liquor I only like light beer and maybe wine & Champagne. My hubby says to relax and enjoy myself & I will lose it. But I keep thinking 6 days and what damage I can do. It's so hard and no one else understands they all think I'm crazy when I even bring this up but you guys understand

Pandora, try some vodka or gin with regular water and a bit of Mio. Have you tried the flavored Mio that you add to water? You can add it to the vodka or gin to keep the drink low calorie.

I've only had the Skinny Girl Margarita, or was it tequila. It was . The gin I had with the mio was tanguery(sp. It was good.

My son's birthday party is over & I am proud that I did not have cake, chips, bread or wine ! But my sister in law made a meatloaf with no bread that I felt I over did. I also ate cheese, pepperoni and lots of ceviche which I made but I still feel guilty !! Everyone was complimenting me on my weight loss & how good I was being but now I sit here feeling like tomorrow I'll have to do a correction day I did eat more than I normally would but not by much but I feel like a cow !

If it wasn't so late, I would suggest a walk. It sounds like you did great though. We are work in progress, and it is a lifetime of balancing it all. I hope you are pleasantly surprised when you get on the scale tomorrow.

I'm pro. anything goes with loading. but on the other hand after loading i wouldnt want anyone pushing on me LOL!!!

ok so I tried to be good but failed this weekend and now I have to get back down yet again. I'm not going to even give details.

Had a dream about trying to find my way home in a dream, and on the way I met a nice lady who said that I had psychic talents, saw an ant on the table and tried to shoo it off the table but I accidentally smashed it. I think this means that my annoyances with everyone in my daily life is getting in the way of me being happy. better go live on a deserted island then, huh?

Sunday morning I woke up made some coffee with cream and SF whipped cream, began to clean the kitchen and then came back to take a sip and found my cat sitting on the coffeetable by my cup licking his lips, lol.

R3P4D6 & down -1.0 to 129.4 & -.08 under LDW Big relief, I guess all the running around shopping, preparing and serving at my son 's b-day party paid off & only having meats/cheese/salad.

This morning I'm off from work & just relaxing, surfing the net & waiting for UPS/Fed Ex and then my son's Christmas pageant tonight.

Still waiting for TOM last week had all the unpleasant side effects but not the real thing so I'm wondering if it's going to come. Before hHCG I was extremely irregular so let's see..

Today is VLCD1!! So I bid you all a temporary farewell with a report on how my loading went (which I will repost in the P2 thread if that's okay).

We were out of town without a scale the day before I started loading, so I don't have my exact weight, but I had stabilized from R1 at around 155 (LDW was 152.7, so I considered that in my "window.")

So I'm going to call my starting weight for this round 155, although it could've been slightly more or less.

Load gain was a shockingly small .9 lb.

I think I loaded well. I was stuffed nearly every minute, and I ate low carb, high fat and protein. Things like full fat GY, cream in my coffee, avocados (can people please learn to spell that word?), lots of nuts, tons of bacon, cheese, chicken with all the skin, cheeseburgers (protein style - no bun). Last night I had a protein 3 x 3 from In n Out. I didn't even know those existed (thank you, DS). Calories were around 2700 on Load Day 1 and 3000 on Load Day 2. I think I loaded enough. Robin wanted me to load three days, but I honestly don't think I can do it. Perhaps because I have Simeons words in my OCD head, and he clearly said to begin VLC on the day of the third injection. (For those who needed to load longer, he never really said when those extra loading days should be, but my interpretation is that they should be BEFORE the first two injections - otherwise you're overeating with HCG in your system. I dunno.)

So today we begin. I may have some egg whites for breakfast since I'm not doing the 3 day load, or cream in my coffee, but by lunch I'm doing the protocol!

HI Girls,
Just checking in, I am still maintaining and really have been eating anything I want, I am surprised my weight hasnt gone up, its kinda crazy. I just notice I get full way faster than I ever used too, I just listen to my body and not over stuff myself!

I am doing round 2 starting on January 4th, super excited and hoping I can make it close to my goal with this round! Only 18 days till then. This time I am not going to have any booze the entire round, last time that derailed me a few times and I think hindered my weight loss some what.

Looks like everyone is doing awesome and figuring out what works for them, thats all we can do!!

Pandora, way to go!

I woke up yesterday up 1.2, I blame the almond butter!! In retaliation, I ate no carb, high protein and drank fourteen glasses of water. My weight is still the same as yesterday morning.

I am eating clean again today, I have a middle school game this afternoon and I am planning a delicious steak for dinner. Hopefully tomorrow I will be back down.

Hey all!

I'm up today from my last weigh in on Friday, usually happens when I spend time in the mountains, not enough water and probably too much sodium. I also made some cupcakes last night and ate two before bed so I'm sure that didn't help either!! Grr Doing a GY CD today then will eat clean tomorrow and see how things go. If anyone needs a cupcake recipe check this one out - All Day I Dream About Food -- Chocolate Coconut Flour Cupcakes with Espresso Buttercream. I'm going to freeze the cupcakes and eat clean (high fat, moderate protein, low carb) until the 29th when I load for my next round.
