Morning Ladies ! R3P4D1 & down -.02 but still +2.2 over ldw. Still waiting for tom and this would be day 3 with extreme bloating, cramps & very very moody. I ate very clean yesterday & will do so today as well. I also slept at least 7 hours & had a long hot bath but I did forget to have my lemon tea last night. Hopefully tom will come and I will lose all this water weight.
Not planning on introducing anything new until tom finally gets here & leaves since my stomach is also messed up. I hate tom but at least it's not P2 then I really hate it ! |

Happy Hump Day!!
![]() Two years ago when I first got at this job I was 60 lbs heavier than I am now. Thanks to hcg I have been able to loose it and I feel really good. I do have to loose 30 more but I want to concentrate on maintaining rather than re-losing so getting to liw is super important. I am down 3.4 today from my meaty day. Two more days to go before I have the work lunch which at this point has become such a pain that I might just eat salad and call it a day. Not sure if its worth it. The other day I actually spit something out because it wasnt worth swallowing. lol. Buttah~ I agree with Dawn an extra day of loading sounds fine. I did 4 days of loading once cause I got sick. If you do low carb loading you will get all the good fats, perfect. Shelby~Its like so unbelievable what people say! One girl said to me us chucky girls should stick together. She def does it on purpose. I would never point out anyones shortcomings because I dont behave like that. Oh yeah the just have a little comment I hate that one. PS thanks a lot now I want M&Ms!!! ![]() Tarheel~lol@your cellulite comment. You can stuff yourself with bad foods and look great but that doesnt mean youre healthy at all. Bitsky~ I love how you actually said I hope you dont talk to your wife that way. I'm sure he does. How sad for her. Julie~ Good advice, and I realize that I dont really care what they think, I would rather be me than them any day. I truly think that it shows what kid of person you are when you make comments to people. Look at it this way... You would never attack someone or make rude comments if you felt good about yourself. Those opinions are a reflection of who they are as people. When they say these things imagine that they are just telling you how they feel about themselves. I just want to realize this right away rather than letting it get to me. From now on I will go in with a positive attitude and expect that I will have a good time and enjoy myself.

I'm down a bit (I think, didn't weigh yesterday morning) to 149. Almost back to 147. Prob. would have been closer if I didn't have froyo (full sugar) for dinner! It was yummy though! Still sick My energy level is crummy too. I thought it was from the sinus infection, but now I'm wondering if my thyroid is off again. I was doing so well htere for a while. I'll keep an eye on it. Could sure use some energy and focus though! Stupid thyroid!Have a good hump day ladies!!

I MIGHT AS WELL get I over with if possible today. We also have 2 Christmas parties sat. And ds birthday sun.. this will be my first correction day so I am pleased that I have been in my window so long.

Pandora, you're doing great. I've been maintaining for 8 weeks and still order food without bread. My attitude to anyone who cares is "I eat healthy. Flour makes me feel like crap!" It's not like I'm having small quantities of food. Anyway, I'm sure TOM is contributing quite a bit to your scale number right now. I always lose a couple pounds after TOM, overnight.
Lara, I'm so sorry you're surrounded by such saboteurs. I say: please try not to worry about what others think! Who gives a you-know-what! We are living our lives, not their lives. I guess maybe after you reach a certain age, this attitude comes naturally. So you can all look forward to that! Julie, I hope you're feeling better. Mommy, KUTGW! Reddy, my thoughts have been with you. I hope you come back to LCF soon. I decided to load this weekend, while I'm away. I may do two days; maybe the three. Playing that by ear based on how disgusting I feel. I so do not look forward to loading AT ALL! I had another wonderful Skype session with Robin W. that was full of SO MUCH good info (including urging the full 3 days). And some of you will be happy to learn that she's found most people stabilize just a tad over their window (up to a couple lbs over LDW), but in her studies taking all the proper measurements, it's a bit of lean muscle gain and continued fat loss after you stop HCG (at least with injections). At least that's how I understood her reason. I think that's what's happened to me because I'm solid as a rock just about .3 or so above my window (wouldn't have even shown up on a non-digital scale in Simeon's day). But all my clothes still fits the same or better as when I was at LDW! I also know that once I focus on building even more muscle after this next round, my scale number may be higher than R2's LDW. But that's fine. I'm interested in having less fat on my body. That's what people see (including me in the mirror); nobody's coming over in the morning and reading my scale. Robin kept saying how different HCG rounds are for "leaner people like you." It made me love her even more. Robin also warned me that second rounds are notoriously bad or less successful in terms of cravings, hunger and loss, than first rounds. I sure hope the fact that my first round wasn't so great means I'll be the opposite. Did anyone have a better second round?

buttah--I saw that on fb last night. She was asking about that very thing--second and subsequent rounds. I had a he** of a second round. I lost really well, just as successfully as the first. However, I was hungry the entire time on P2, nothing worked. But I worked my ass off and was successful losing the very same amount I had lost in my first round, despite my being hungry every waking moment. Having the benefit of doing a spectacular first round, I knew it would work and I had to stay strong. But that is how my 2nd round went--I know of others who had great 2nd rounds.

Buttah-have fun this weekend and hopefully loading won't be miserable for you. You don't HAVE to overdo it. You can just add extra fats to what you're already eating (butter, cream etc) and enjoy w.o. feeling awful. Glad you enjoyed your session w. Robin. I also wonder how this next round will go for you w. all the misery you endured the first time around. I hope you do well too. I think if you load well (maybe 3 days would be good) you'll go into it well "stocked" and satisfied. I had an ok 2nd round. I went kinda' rogue (added more fats, dropped the breadstick etc.) and lost as well while feeling 100% better. I'm up a bit today. But, I had cake and cookies yesterday! My mom's bday (made a delicious devil's food cake w. homemade buttercream icing and couldn't pass that up!). I baked some new type of cookie and wanted to try them before giving them away. I also had half a roll and pasta for dinner (dd's performance and they made us dinner). I decided to try and see what my body would do w. all of that. So, I'm up to 151 this morning, and not surprised by it. I'm not even upset, truth be told. I'm way off my LC plan and enjoying life, and know if I do LC today I'll be back down to 149 tomorrow. It's the elusive 147 I can't seem to motivate myself to achieve. I do ok 1 day and then I indulge again the next day. Kinda' a carb cycling approach I guess I need to find my motivation and actually WANT to lose back down to my happy place. I guess w. all the parties and holidays I am unwilling to sacrifice just yet. I wish I could lose this cold/allergy/sinus mess so I felt well enough to work out at least. But, I just don't feel well. My house is kinda' a mess and I don't care about that either!! I hope I wake up tomorrow feeling great!! That'd be nice. But, I am planning a LC day and will do my best to stick to plan. ![]() Have a good day all! |

Or "I am a cannibal go away or I will eat you" I just called my Dr to go another round and the Med assistant says I have to pay 3 times as much cause I havent been there since July. I want to scream. I should be happy cause I have had it good so far and if I hadnt lost all the weight I wouldnt have to go back so... this will be my last round. I usually do injections but my pharmacy has the pellets. Should I do pellets you guys? Advice please!! I think you have a great approch Julie on the small doses of carbs! |

You need to pay 3 times as much
That is highway robbery. With the homeopathic, I just paid $30 and have enough hcg for at least 4 rounds. I cannot see paying any more than that. If it motivates you to keep on track then go for it. Otherwise save your pennies. Now remember, this is from someone who has never tried the Rx. Cannot comment on what you SHOULD do. Just telling you what I WOULD do and that is not pay the doc. |

Hon,
where have you been!!?? I am on a round now ![]() 5 pounds down in 4 VLCDs. WooHoo!!! Yes, I take 3 pellets 3 times a day. They are much easier than any drops I have used, much more portable and I can talk with them in my mouth I will be ending my round in time for my son's 7th birthday, which is Jan 19. I may be on P2 til then, I want to reach goal this time, so I will be on P2 when you are, most likely. |

I will be joining you all on Jan 2 also... R2 for me!! (praying I don't have a super hungry round - not sure I could withstand that). I did use HWC in my coffee after about the first week in R1 P2.. I felt just awful until I added it back in. But I will try black coffee again for the next round... *grumble grumble*

Pandora, to always lose 27 lbs is AMAZING. How long were your rounds? I did about 45 days (I forget) and lost 17 plus the loading weight (2.3 or 3.3, I forget). You are my hero. Very jealous.

Well on p2 we should have a little carbs right? That's why we can have the melba toast.
