ohhh I think I overdid it on the cheese I think the loss this morning made me overconfident and I ended up having a total of 3 slices of the mozzarella cheese with 3 servings of the pepperoni for dinner. But most importantly I didn't listen to my body when it told me it was full & I kept eating (cheese is sooo good). Now I feel so bloated & I stepped on the scale which says 133 & I know I should never weigh myself at night but I guess I'm a glutton for punishment..

Thanks for letting me vent. Tomorrow back to regular clean P3 eating & I will step away from the cheese & pepperoni

@Jmelyn I lost my 118 lbs through 3 rounds of hHCG and 3 months at a weightloss clinic with appetite suppressants, so from my personal experience the best answer was the HCG diet since it taught me to eat between rounds & listen to my body. I'm sure there are others that might have advice for you. Congrats on the loss

Jmelln, welcome aboard! 39 pounds in your first round is awesome!!

My steak day netted me zero loss. I am still at 127.8 which is technically only .4 up from LDW of 127.4 but for some reason I had lost down to 126 even and I liked it there. I would really like to be 120 without doing another round. I am going to eat clean and drink tons of water today and see where that gets me.

Dawn, I'm super proud of you for starting another round during the holidays. You are amazing!

Lol I did the same thing, yesterday I was under ldw so ll I had all day was an avacado for lunch and my bf made ribeyes on the grill with sauteed mushrooms and onions and green beans in butter I was absolutely stuffed after my first plate but went back for more sides and after that had a bowl of coolwhip and natural peanut butter! Ugh. I could see it in my stomach when I woke up sooo bloated! Went up to 166.3 up 1.4 from yesterday and. 4 above ldw. Need to stop when im full!

Looks like we all had a bad day yesterday! I went to a party last night and some one brought Taco Bell! Well I proved I was not over that craving in my life yet.. I had 6 (insides only).. I feel horrible this morning and gained 5lbs.. So only water and Steak for me today. Also as punishment going to get on the bike for 20 min AND walk the dog.
Thinking about doing a short round at Christmas.. But I need to be almost done by Jan 17 to flyout for Vaca.. Anyone else?

R3P3D19 & up only .08 to 129.4 & still -.08 under ldw so I dodged a cheese/pepperoni bullet I do know that on weekends I can get away with more because I sleep an additional 2 hours & for me that almost means a 1 lb difference on P3 (not on P2 though).

So eating my usual clean P3 today & the rest of the week. If I stay nice and stable through weekend we'll see.

Now I have my son's 10th b-day this Thurs. We're taking him to a fancy steak house so I can have a steak & salad no problem. BUT Sun is the family party. I purposely am getting food I don't like (is that evil of me ? ) Ordering a stuffed rice with dark meat that is yummy but not something I like. I did feel bad this morning since the b-day boy told me that he hates rice and chicken too & so I'll order him pizza or 2. I'm ordering ceviche for me and making cheese/stuffed olives/salami tray which I can nibble on. BUT I'm torn if I should have a sliver of b-day cake ? I'll be in P4 & it's not like I desperately want the darn thing but I'm almost scared of it & I do not like that feeling I guess I'll take it how it comes....

That's just water weight. If you're doing a steak day remember either an apple or tomato with the steak. Drink lots of water, add some lemon juice/acv & you will be good to go tomorrow. For me coffee with hwc is a life saver. If you lose it all tomorrow just eat really clean & lots of water. Don't beat yourself up. P3 is about learning what you can & can't do. & I bet next time you see Taco Bell you'll se it a whole different way

I'm on vacation 12/31 through1/6 but in Disney World 1/2 to 1/5 & using the last 2 days to load. Want to be nice and stable because I can load like a pro & gain a ton (last round 7 lbs in 2 days) & I would like to do a 30 day round & get to 117-120 so I can then focus on toning my flabby tummy/butt/thigh area & then hopefully P4 for life.

So I did well last week and got down to LIW+3 so almost back in the window but then I went carb crazy last night and today so I'm sure I'm back up.

Got the call yesterday that my Grandmother passed. I'm devasted. I knew it was coming any day now but it's still hard. I'm trying to find comfort knowing that she's in a better place and not suffering. I was so fortunate to have her in my life so so many years and to have had a Nana as wonderful as she was. She really really was.

Have to travel to PA on Tuesday for the Funeral on Wed and won't be back until Friday. Going to try not to use my being sad as an excuse to eat but I know I'm capable of that. I'm just really dreading what's ahead this week and wish I could close my eyes and it be over.

Hope you all had a good weekend and are doing well with maintanance.

Lonnnng Sunday.... Church all morning. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast. I was able to get a Misto with hwc from Starbucks... Then I didn't eat until 7pm. I hope that doesn't mess me up for tomorrows weigh in.

Been a little rogue lately, but I am maintaining and not gaining. Anyone notice that when they add carbs back they ache? I am like seriously paying for it I think...
I used to blame it on the weight gain from the Hashis.. but while on the LC and HCG i had NO aches.. I am young(ish..39) and have no other issues.. but my god my joints are screaming like a 90 year old arthritic woman today
I know if I eat to many carbs i definately get "bloated" and boggeed down and sometimes break out in hives.. Think I may be "allergic" to some sort of grain
Anyone else ever experience this?

On another note.. Keep Up the good work everyone

yess Mommy, but I'm going to finish off the week P3 to make sure I can add back some non starchy veggies before I add anything P4ish. So if by Friday I'm still around my ldw then I usually add a sweet potato first with butter & then a few days later some wasabi almonds & then after that I'll try some ezechial (sp) bread or the carb free bread but that's usually the extent of my P4 venture.

and since I'm starting a new round in less than 30 days I usually leave any really bad carbs (i.e. guacamole burger, pizza, ribs, desserts for my 2 loading days)

R3P3D20 & up +1.4 but +.04 over ldw & also back to my work sleep schedule. Also yesterdau I added back some simple carbs (half a cucumber for lunch & a small apple with dinner) and I ate until satisfied which this time was about 1550 calories. What a bummer if I eat more cal (1700 but basically no carbs) I lose weight but add a little carb & eat less & I gain.

Oh well,it could also be that whenever I have a big loss (like I did Sat) or after a correction day my body gradually goes to the weight it is stabilizing at & for me it is not 128/129 but 130/131 which is where I am today 130.8. That being said going to eat like I have been eating clean P3 and if I crave half a grapefruit I refuse to be scared to eat it

If by Friday I am still 130/131 then I will start transitioning into P4. But really not a big deal becuase I start another round in less than 30 days so just would be happy to be able to add simple carbs !

I'm trying to find comfort knowing that she's in a better place and not suffering. I was so fortunate to have her in my life so so many years and to have had a Nana as wonderful as she was. She really really was.

Have to travel to PA on Tuesday for the Funeral on Wed and won't be back until Friday. Going to try not to use my being sad as an excuse to eat but I know I'm capable of that. I'm just really dreading what's ahead this week and wish I could close my eyes and it be over.

Hope you all had a good weekend and are doing well with maintanance.
I'm so sorry Reddy, it's so hard even though you know it's coming. Wish I had my nana but shes been gone since I was 16 or so. I feel for you my dear.
Be strong and take care of you. Do what feels right but just make good choices if you can and you feel you want to.

I too was okay until Sunday... and then went for a mexican buffet... I skipped breakfast and dinner and still am up 2, but im not sure that its that or that I weighed at 5am. I will know more tomorrow. I wound up with a horrible tummy ache and the runs.... then I fell outside in the driveway at my moms stubbed my toe and brusied my knee. I sat there on the ground for a moment wondering if I was ok or not. I was ok just a little sore today. Got a lecture from my mom about my wedge platform thongs, lol.

So today is the cookie exchange at my work, 19 people are participating and so I did too, made 6 cookies each for 18 people. I will probably eat some and then give the rest away. I brought a lunch with carbs cause Id planned to eat cookies anyway. Dunno if thats a good idea havent decided yet.

There are two luches at work this week Weds and thurs.
I plan to only eat whats good. hope I dont go crazy.

Reddy, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Nana! I hope you have safe travel to and from PA.

I am the same again today. I have a mammoth week of basketball starting today. I coach both middle school and high school. I have a middle school home game today, high school home game tomorrow, late practice on Wednesday for middle school, away game on Thursday for middle school and home game Friday for high school. I am just going to try to eat clean this week and possibly try another steak day on Saturday if my weight hasn't budged.

You mentioned not being out of the window, and imho it might be a good idea to do a correction day when you need it, not to get below liw... when you go below liw its at the sake of muscle mass just like going above 2 is at the sake of gaining abnormal fat.

Oh, no. I am heavier than you(when you weighed last night) this morning. I can gain during the load Just cannot wait to get it off. I don't feel guilty, but my body feels so poorly when I load. My holiday parties are done--they were this weekend. And for Christmas we are having steak---easy peasy.
