Need an emergency dinner idea quick!

So I thought I had the night off work and had no planned or made dinner yet. I also needed to shop so I had nothing on hand. I had planned to do this all on my "night off". My boss called me ten minutes before I had to be at work to ask a question or I would have not even realized I had to be at work! So here I sit at work tonight until 10pm with no dinner. Been here since 4. Any ideas of what I could order that would work for a VLCD. I did grab an apple, but that just wont due by itself. Maybe order for a chinese restaurant or something? Ideas are much needed before I say screw it and have everything I should not.

Is there a Jimmy Johns in your area? Unwiches are pretty good.

Sandwich on a lettuce wrap instead of bread. They're pretty good and filling and for take-out, they're not terribly expensive - $5-6. Compared to a minimum order of $10 for the Chinese place to deliver, it's a pretty good price.

Yeah, McDonalds double (small) hamburger, leave the bun, with mustard, pickles and onions and a bag of apple slices or a Whataburger no bun with extra veggies (comes salad style). Any grilled chicken sandwich, no bun or mayo.
